I took my vehicle to Suzuki Tygervallei on 05 March 2026. Before handing the vehicle in, I had my personal items secured in the glove compartment, including my expensive sunglasses in their protective case. The next morning, when I opened the case, I discovered that my sunglasses had been taken and replaced with a cheap, worthless pair. When I contacted the service centre to report the issue, I was simply told that it is the customer’s responsibility to remove all personal items from the vehicle. While I understand that this is generally good practice, the sunglasses were not lying around in the vehicle — they were securely stored inside the glove compartment. There should have been absolutely no reason for anyone to access that space. What was even more disappointing was the response from the service department. They claimed they “asked around,” but no one knew anything and they could do nothing further about it. There was no real investigation, no accountability, and no attempt to resolve the matter. The fact that a personal item could disappear from a closed compartment and be replaced with something else raises serious concerns about the controls and trustworthiness within this dealership. Even worse than the incident itself was the extremely poor client service and complete lack of concern shown when I tried to resolve the matter. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone against trusting Suzuki Tygervallei with their vehicle or personal belongings. If this is how customer property is treated, it raises serious questions about professionalism and integrity.

I bought a Suzuki swift 2023 model, brand new and after the first few months had issues with the fuel gauge, brought the car in twice and they couldn’t find the issue, and told me a bunch of excuses, as the gauge shows its empty after I filled up the tank, I can’t get hold of the service department as the phone just keeps ringing, my gauge showed that my car was half full and that I can still drive 280km, I ran out of fuel on the highway, the gauge is not changing at all even after putting petrol in again, I have had it, I am always on the road for work, the car isn’t even 3 years old yet, why am I paying for something that’s not working properly or can be fixed! I did not feel safe at all, as that side of the highway is a hotspot, things could have gone much worse.

I recently engaged with MEKOR SUZUKI TYGERVALLEY and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite diligently providing all necessary information, the reception I received was nothing short of disappointing. It seemed evident that there was a lack of willingness to accommodate my needs, leaving me feeling undervalued as a potential customer. This blatant disregard for customer service and basic business etiquette left me questioning their commitment to client satisfaction. It's disheartening to encounter such incompetence in what should be a straightforward transaction.

HUGE shout-out to Suzuki Tygervalley! Every time I take my wife's in for service, I've been treated like a king. Even when something on the steering rack needed to be replaced, they were champions! Firstly the part came earlier than expected, then they were done in a jiffy and we got the car back washed, fixed and ready to rock & roll. Friendly faces, prompt an effecient service. What more do you want? Keep up the good work Suzuki!!!

What an amazing experience when booking our Suzuki S-Presso in for the first service. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and very professional. We felt like we were the owners of the most expensive car there, the way we were treated. Well done to the Suzuki Tygervalley team.

I took my suzuki dzire for its first service with 15,000km. Normal service but I told them to fix 3 things, the car being under warranty and all.... The FM button on the radio stopped working. The window spray nozzle doesn't function properly, which is a safety concern as I cannot see. The brakes has a scratching sound like it is wobbly. Guess what, the didn't fix it. I took the car back a week later and took off from work again. When I went to pick up the car, guess what....they didn't fix it. I'm told that that is just how it is because it is not a BMW, and it is a cheap car with noises. Think for yourself, don't buy a suzuki people.
