I ordered a wok. I received it and it was scratched. It was returned for a replacement. The second wok was scratched even more. I returned it for a credit and it now says return concluded. It has been more than a week and no credit is reflecting. There is no number to phone someone. The contact us form seems to go to someone not doing their job. After 5 forms have been submitted, i have not received any feedback. Do i have to go and make a case of theft before getting my credit back?
Another month without anyone coming to fix my line. Excuse after excuse after excuse. There is absolutely no, and i mean NO service. I contact support and they keep "doing" something from their side. They scheduled someone to come to my premisses again....but no-one came, again. Absolutely pathetic service and infrastructure. So bad that i am now going to cancel and go back to Telkom.
This has been going on for months now. The ping keeps spiking on my fibre line and keep dropping me from video calls. Everytime someone from Herotel support calls me and updates the router setting and thinks that it will now be sorted. But it never gets sorted. They've replaced my router twice but the actual line is just bad quality. I get a different support person each time, wasting my time with tests and random ideas but no-one fixes the problem. If you work from home, or do online gaming and need a stable line, do NOT go with Herotel.
Very unstable Fibre line. I have logged so many complaints and nothing happens. The ping on this fibre line looks like a heartbeat. I keep getting dropped from online calls and gaming is a nightmare. Very bad service. No-one has ever come out to fix the problem. The support guy keeps saying they have done something on their side and it never fixes the issue. Although they are cheap, the quality of their lines are so bad that you can't work from home. Rather pay a little more with someone else. Do not go with Herotel. They don't care and there are no after sales service. Avoid them.
Herotel service is very bad. I keep complaining about my line dropping and the ping spiking but they don't do anything about it. I get dropped out of online meetings and then it just says "reconnecting..." for a couple of seconds. They test it from there side each time but never fix the problem. If you have to work online, don't use Herotel.
I bought headphones from Takealot. It came with a 6month guarantee. After 5 months, the headphones broke. The sounds still works but the headphones snapped at one of the hinges. I returned it and they said that it was declined. No feedback. I tried getting hold of them to find out why, but wasted about 2 hours of call centre calls being dropped. Eventually they said it is user wear and tear, with a photo of where it broke. That is the reason i returned it. They just casually gave me the standard answer or policy...regardless of that it was still under warranty. Rather go with anyone else. The product quality is getting so bad and the service becomes non-existent. You have lost a yearlong customer. They'll most likely post a standard "apologise for the inconvenience" reply here but it will fall on deaf ears, like you have been doing to customers now for years. Don't buy from them.
I loved staying at Placid Waters. From the moment we arrived where everyone was helpful and friendly, until we had to leave, it was an amazing, relaxing holiday. There is a gym, putt putt and we even went out on a canoe. If i ever have the opportunity to go back i'll be there in a heartbeat.
I bought 2 gel batteries over the weekend and when paying, Payfast glitched and the money went out of my account but it said transaction declined. Macsell sorted it out over the weekend and The Courier Guy delivered the batteries on Wednesday all the way from Pretoria to Western Cape. Happy with my purchase and the best price on the batteries i could find anywhere
Firstly i upgraded my contract 4 months early and am now being charged for my old phone as well. When i phoned in to ask directly if my old phone would still be charged for, they said NO. I said i will definitely cancel the new contract if by they charge me for it and they said no problem, no cancellation fees would apply. They actually said it. Now after my call being dropped 5 times, trying to return my phone and revert back to my old contract, no-one can help me. I specifically said that i would rather wait until April if it is the case the my old phone would still get charged for and they assured me that it won't. Absolutely fraud, no question about it. Don't go with Vodacom. They will commit fraud to sign you into a contract.
Amazing service from everyone at the dealership. Super friendly and accommodating. I didn't have to ask 20 times for insurance details or fight for the correct monthly installment, everything just worked smoothly. Would recommend N1 City Hyundai.
