Stay far away from any rentals with this Agency, Rude and dishonest! I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company, particularly when it came to the return of my rental deposit. Despite leaving the property in good condition and documenting everything upon move-out, they withheld half of my deposit for damages and issues I did not cause. I waited 15 days for my deposit, they did not have any copies or proof of the ingoing inspection list which means the outgoing inspection is invalid and they weren’t allowed to deduct any fees. But they did, more than R10 000 This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it borders on ********. I’ve since learned that others have had similar experiences with this company. If you’re considering renting from them, be extremely cautious. Take thorough photos/videos before and after your lease, keep all communication in writing, and don’t expect a fair or honest deposit return.

Useless is not even the word, I bought a new Suzuki Swift in 2023 at Suzuki Tygervalley and a few months after my Fuel Gauge was faulty, I took the car in twice they didn’t take me serious, just said they’ve put petrol in and it worked fine again, I ran out of Petrol next to the highway as the fuel gauge said its half full, took the car in again and they said the tank needs to be replaced, took two days off for that, had to take off another two days to bring the car in again just to be told they ordered the wrong tank, I can’t take anymore days off, this is not my problem it’s Suzuki’s, the guy in the Service department didn’t arrange transport for me as he didn’t come into work, I am struggling to get hold of anyone in that service department, now I have to use money that I don’t have for transport to get my car. The most pathetic service I’ve ever had.
I bought a Suzuki swift 2023 model, brand new and after the first few months had issues with the fuel gauge, brought the car in twice and they couldn’t find the issue, and told me a bunch of excuses, as the gauge shows its empty after I filled up the tank, I can’t get hold of the service department as the phone just keeps ringing, my gauge showed that my car was half full and that I can still drive 280km, I ran out of fuel on the highway, the gauge is not changing at all even after putting petrol in again, I have had it, I am always on the road for work, the car isn’t even 3 years old yet, why am I paying for something that’s not working properly or can be fixed! I did not feel safe at all, as that side of the highway is a hotspot, things could have gone much worse.
I’ve been trying to cancel my contract with telkom since May and we are in September, they have been telling me it’s cancelled and then I keep receiving invoices and they have been debiting of my account for free me deals after I asked for the sim to be pay as you go, as I’m not using the sim at all, as my phone was stollen, how do I get refunded for the debit orders and get it stopped.
I've been trying for months to activate my V-Home subscription for the V-Home Safety Kit that I bought from Vodacom, I paid R120 for a 24month contract, no one at the stores can help me and online I've been told that they can't activate my subscription as my account is closed. I can't use the kit or camera as it says the v home subscription needs to be activated on the vodafone smart app, every time that I'm trying to pay it keeps on saying that the payment can't be processed. I'm still receiving invoice statements every month for the last 5 years from vodacom so why can't it be activated? It used to be debited from my account which is showing on the vodafone smart app, which is still connected to the same bank account. What is the point of paying for this product and I can't use it? The whole system and kit works 100% and is still in an excellent condition, will I get refunded and what do I do with the kit? No one at the stores knows what I’m talking about, they keep on sending me to the store and then back to customer care online. I got a new phone for it to work with the apps and now they tell me they can’t activate my subscription. Is there anyone at Vodacom that knows how to do their job?
Have been with Dotsure for more than 5 years and had to unfortunately let my furbaby cross the rainbow bridge last week, I don't know what I would have done without them, the last month was very stressful, I would just like to thank Dotsure for their excellent service and would definitely recommend them, if I ever decide to adopt again will definitely use them again!!
