DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM GETMORE
Absolutely disappointed, to say the least. Cancelled my membership in November 2023, numerous reference numbers, and yet the membership has not been cancelled as requested. I have been told so many times, a customer service agent will be in contact with me...surprise, surprise...no calls either... They are quick enough to get you signed up, but try and cancel....all the best with that. Do not fall for it people!

FAKE ORTHOPEADIC SHOES, TERRIBLE SERVICE, LIES...LIES...LIES!!!!
People, do not buy shoes from Cloud-Cape Town...they do NOT sell orthopeadic shoes...you can buy better quality shoes at Game of Mr Price Sport, believe me. You pay R900 for a pair of fake shoes...and when you have placed your order, they tell you they do not have stock in their warehouse in Cape Town, it has to be imported....this is a lie...they do NOT have a warehouse in Cape Town...you will see on their website there are no contact details, only an e-mail address, and no physical address. Do not waste your money...they promise delivery within 7-10 days...this is another lie, we waited 4 weeks and it is sent through the post office, where YOU have to pay the duty of 30%, which equated to R495...so instead of just R900 for the shoes, you actually pay almost R1500 for the shoes. Do not fall for this, as mentioned, these are NOT orthopeadic shoes, it is just a normal cheap sneaker. I had to battle myself to track the status of our order, several e-mails to them, where no one responds. They even tell you they use Buffalo Logistics as the courier...guess what, another lie. They use the normal post office service, hence the 4 week waiting period. This is a huge scam, people.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
What an amazing experience, from making the appointment, to the finer details. Sonja le Roux, the optometrist really went out of her way to assist my husband with the best possible solutions. We are so grateful and we will refer everyone to her.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE
What an amazing experience when booking our Suzuki S-Presso in for the first service. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful, and very professional. We felt like we were the owners of the most expensive car there, the way we were treated. Well done to the Suzuki Tygervalley team.

Exceptional Service from Rain Internet Service Provider
Excellent Service, from placing our order, to delivery of our sim card. Upon receiving our sim card, it was active immediately. Stephen from the Customer Service contacted us and he was absolutely amazing, very helpful and professional. We would recommend Rain to anyone

AMAZING & PROFESSIONAL
We would recommend Creative Brands to anyone, from placing the order online, to collecting our order, and even afterwards with them following up to confirm if we are satisfied with the product. It was so professional from them, and they also kept me up to date w.r.t. the availability and that order was ready for collection. They were very friendly, efficient, professional and absolutely brilliant. Even though we placed a very small order, we felt like we spent a million rand with them. Thank you to everyone at Creative Brands. Still amazing to see that they still take pride in what they do, and they put the customer first.
