Poor quality, poor communication.
Super disappointed in this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. I have used them 4 times and I will never ever again use them. Round 1 they delivered half my stock - there were about 30 shirts missing and they had absolutely no idea that it was the case. After a lot of back and forth they realized that their supplier was out of stock on the shirt and just never informed me. My project that I was busy with was delayed with about a month because of this because they had to try and source the stock which I already paid for in full and never received. Round 2 I thought to give them a second chance and I ordered beanies which came out good but it was a simple order. I didn’t like the pantones and asked for a change on round 3. Round 3 most of the shirts came out with threads dangling from the arm sleeves, I wasn’t happy with the stitching it looked rushed and I didn’t receive the change in Pantone colour as asked for. Round 4 was an absolute nightmare!!!! I ordered expensive jackets and again had to pay in full. I simply asked that they would change the Pantone colours as I always receive it as before and I didn’t like the colours in the threads. When the jackets arrived they decided to embroider the whole brand name like a big noddy badge in colours that clash horribly!!!!! I specifically asked them at round 1 already to Never ever make a badge but to just embroider the letters. Literally nothing had to change except for the colors in the swish of our logo and then they decided to make me 24 jackets with noddy badges !!!!! They took the jackets back for inspection and then basically went silent for 2 weeks. I kept following up and basically they feel that I am wrong because they are poor at communicating and because they decided to change my design and therefore I must just accept it. Nowhere did I put my signature on any design so they literally cannot say I even signed off on a noddy badge. Do not use these people. They are cheap and nasty. It’s not quality. You will be sorry.

False advertising and poor customer service
Bought some items at a store that is written DMF that I was used to buy from them and turn to find out on the till they have to punch on two different stores and they took.mlre than 30mins to a point I said I have to go pick up my son and they gave me the shoes without slip and they took the cash. It happens the slopes does not fit my Son had to return to them,they said I should look for something in the store.They don't refund.I looked the entire shop and turn to find out the jean I had took its from "different store"??Where do I come in with store having two stores?Had to find out they are Creative store of which I don't buy from that store.Why are they trading on a DMF advertised store?The branding outside its written DMF yet they are creative.Thus false advertising.Now comes the issue of the slip they say they don't know about me going without a slip and were on my case?Luckily the cashier guy remembered and took my slip out of the till and I didn't get a sorry from the Cashiers and the manager?The manager was the one quarreling with me?Where is your expertise dear manager?Customer is always right and if she doubted that I was not given the slip.she should have simply gone and checked the cameras for day.Clearly the manager is not well trained,she needs training. Pls sort out the store branding and issue of two stores in one store.Aikhona mani!! This is unacceptable!!

I ordered my package on the 26th of November 2021 and was told it will be delivered in 10 working days. After 10 working days I phoned and messaged multiple times and di not received any answer. It’s now the 27th of February and I have not received any update or my package. I have the oder confirmation and everything yet they are ignoring me.

logos .they did an amazing job. It turned out very well than I expected. Thanks for the staff for their work. I really appreciate it. Amazing, fast and efficient service! Can definitely recommend this company!

Shocking Standard
Inferior quality logo printing with ghost shadows and faded color. Will certainly not use Creative Brands again. The Sales Manager needs to learn about world class standards. Definitely not living up to their name and motto. Waste of time and money.

No communication since placing my order and the service manager or whatever he is called is conveniently unavailable and that's supposed to help me when you have taken my money already. Help desk clerk isn't very helpful either.
