Greetings, I'm complaining with a order that I was expecting yesterday for diner which I didn't receive nor get any call from the delivery guy.Its clearly that your delivery guys are not reliable ,no customer care and I will never use your services because I slept with hunger.If the delivery guy says he called me,kindly share proof as I have no missed calls on this number +27 61 512 9581.Please refund my money before the close of business today.You have poor services!
Bought some items at a store that is written DMF that I was used to buy from them and turn to find out on the till they have to punch on two different stores and they took.mlre than 30mins to a point I said I have to go pick up my son and they gave me the shoes without slip and they took the cash. It happens the slopes does not fit my Son had to return to them,they said I should look for something in the store.They don't refund.I looked the entire shop and turn to find out the jean I had took its from "different store"??Where do I come in with store having two stores?Had to find out they are Creative store of which I don't buy from that store.Why are they trading on a DMF advertised store?The branding outside its written DMF yet they are creative.Thus false advertising.Now comes the issue of the slip they say they don't know about me going without a slip and were on my case?Luckily the cashier guy remembered and took my slip out of the till and I didn't get a sorry from the Cashiers and the manager?The manager was the one quarreling with me?Where is your expertise dear manager?Customer is always right and if she doubted that I was not given the slip.she should have simply gone and checked the cameras for day.Clearly the manager is not well trained,she needs training. Pls sort out the store branding and issue of two stores in one store.Aikhona mani!! This is unacceptable!!

Went to check a jacket for my Son in Ackermans Menlyn on Sunday and some guy working on the floor says they don't have such range.My friend bought the same jacket at Ackermans. Yesterday night I checked Ackermans online and the same jacket is there in store.There is stock.Why your people on the floor don't know of the stock that is there? Fuel is expensive, who enquire the fuel costs to go toba shop twice for one thing ? This is unacceptable!!Aikhona mani!!
Game online for TV This morning I logged on Game online to buy 2x Sinotec 43 Full HD LED Tv but couldn't proceed to make payment as I got stuck , no part to punch tv license number instead it needs a ID number??I'm a passport holder staying legal in South Africa and the same tv license I bought at game.The time I logged in there was 4 in stock. Why should I not have a privilege to buy online yet I have the tv license?This is unacceptable and xenophobic!! Aikhona mani!!!
I hereby write my complaint that I experienced from your Church street branch today.I went to get a refund for the clothes for my son that I bought for Christmas and were not fitting and had to replace them and bought him other clothes. From five clothes I was returning 2 clothes that were small for him and wanted a refund as I had replace with something else.I spoke to Kia and Sibongile who were looking for the manager on his /her phone that took long as there was no answer,I stayed in the store for more than a hour.All of a sudden they received to the manager who said they can't refund me basing on the 30th policy passed yesterday and the tag were not attached. As a customer I was not well aware of the return policy which is "30days" yet other shops its 3 months.We took off the tags and later to find out the clothes were not fitting for my Son and my Husband had to go buy other clothes for Chfistmas.I had the tags with me.So as Tfg what am I supposed to do with the clothes that are not fitting my Son and with any relevant bodies return policy can't be 30days.I have the right to exchange clothes within 3 months, with a slip and also the tags that i brought.This thing that I have to stay more than an hour in a shop should stop as per covid restrictions and you clearly know there is no parking next to your shop.Because of taking donkey hours in your shop,I had to get a ticket fine for that.This is unacceptable!!How can a manager be chased around? Shouldnt the manger be at the store.Aikhona Mani!!

I would like to complaint with burgers we bought at Musina that had no lettuce and the white sauce,what kind of burgers does not have lettuce.If lettuce was short why not go buy lettuce by Pick n pay or other stores.We could not eat the burgers,this is unacceptable!!!
Good Day, i write to complain with service i was given today.I went to get my free cake for my birthday and the complimentary free complimentary cappucino that i received 11/07/2021 which i believe it expires today.i was told that the cappuccino exprired at 12am.Then i said then they can cancel the cappucino but the lady who was assisting me said i have to pay for the cappucino because they have done it.which i did and even i asked one waiter Jackie what if i didnt have money since i came before it expires.She couldnt even give me an answer.I felt like if i didnt have the cash ,i was going to be embarrased,I didnt like the experience at all.
Waited for donkey hours by the tellers to be assisted.Really in times of this pandemic we should be waiting for donkey hours?? Aikhona mani!!
