Super disappointed in this company. I do not recommend them to anyone. I have used them 4 times and I will never ever again use them. Round 1 they delivered half my stock - there were about 30 shirts missing and they had absolutely no idea that it was the case. After a lot of back and forth they realized that their supplier was out of stock on the shirt and just never informed me. My project that I was busy with was delayed with about a month because of this because they had to try and source the stock which I already paid for in full and never received. Round 2 I thought to give them a second chance and I ordered beanies which came out good but it was a simple order. I didn’t like the pantones and asked for a change on round 3. Round 3 most of the shirts came out with threads dangling from the arm sleeves, I wasn’t happy with the stitching it looked rushed and I didn’t receive the change in Pantone colour as asked for. Round 4 was an absolute nightmare!!!! I ordered expensive jackets and again had to pay in full. I simply asked that they would change the Pantone colours as I always receive it as before and I didn’t like the colours in the threads. When the jackets arrived they decided to embroider the whole brand name like a big noddy badge in colours that clash horribly!!!!! I specifically asked them at round 1 already to Never ever make a badge but to just embroider the letters. Literally nothing had to change except for the colors in the swish of our logo and then they decided to make me 24 jackets with noddy badges !!!!! They took the jackets back for inspection and then basically went silent for 2 weeks. I kept following up and basically they feel that I am wrong because they are poor at communicating and because they decided to change my design and therefore I must just accept it. Nowhere did I put my signature on any design so they literally cannot say I even signed off on a noddy badge. Do not use these people. They are cheap and nasty. It’s not quality. You will be sorry.
referring to my reference number 002EGaHRS19JKGM6 i was never contacted within 24 hours, i was never contacted at all and its a month later. i upgraded to a reduced package in November at R699 pm and didnt take a new phone, i kept my old handset. now you are charging me R1134 per month for my line, which includes a handset fee for a handset that i didnt even receive!!!!! we are now in January and i am still paying more than i am supposed to. all they do is lie and cheat. there is no deal, they just continue to charge you the same old price. don't trust their black november deals either it's a scam. what the actual **** is wrong with vodacom???? you guys are liars and thieves. give me back my money and shove your lying and false deals where the sun don't shine. cancel my contract i am going to MTN
Unethical practices, poor aftersales, poor quality manufacturing. I Don't believe that Sealy is really endorsed by the chiropractic association of SA and if it is i will make sure to contact them too. I purchased a sealy Lanister/ crown jewel last year, June 2021 from the bed center in Willow bridge. it was an extra firm mattress, and the sales lady, Cheryl, assured me that it was a great bed and endorsed by the SA chiropractic association and that it was so firm you wont even feel someone move next to you in the bed. I started to experience back and neck pain some time around October and i had to undergo weekly sessions at the chiropractor for 3 months. eventually I started to suspect that it was my mattress as the mattress started to indent severely, I call it craters as I feel like i sleep in a hole every night, and as soon as I slept on a different bed my back pain started to go away. Sealy/ Bravo beds came and did an inspection and then replaced the mattress for me with a new one. it is now 9 months later and the new mattress is doing exactly the same thing. an inspection was done and they confirm that there is currently a 1,5cm indentation (HOLE) in the mattress but that it's normal to expect up to 4cm. it is definitely not normal to me as I have never had a mattress do this before and i have also never had back problems like i have now. their mattress is ruining my back and they refuse to reimburse me. I don’t believe in the Sealy brand and i don't want this bed. the sales manager also told me on the phone that this mattress has air pockets and not springs so they tend to be softer than the conventional bed. this is false advertising to say the least.
Possibly the best service i have ever experienced in my entire life. From the minute i placed my order online right through to the final delivery they have been, helpful, professional and efficient. The day after I purchased online I was contacted by Benedict Sedia and informed that my stock would be coming from Pretoria and they are loading it for the next week to come. I was constantly updated on email and via telephone about the whereabouts of my loungers. When they arrived by courier they were damaged and upon my email to Benedict he immediately phoned me to say he was so sorry and had already arranged for a replacement to be sent on their next truck that would be leaving the next day. From there i was contacted by someone from Cape town who arranged for my loungers to be delivered on the Friday. When the delivery was ready they called to say they were on the way. when I got home two strong men were eagerly awaiting me and they were very friendly and professional. as i tried to drive out of my busy driveway (i live on a main road) the co-driver stooped the on-coming traffic for me! what a gentleman. I actually cannot believe the courtesy, the manners, the chivalry of this company from the top all the way down to the bottom. I don't even care that the whole process took 2 and a half weeks to sort out, the fact that they kept me informed really helped and this is where other companies fall short. Other companies should take note: this is how you do customer service! you inform your client, you help them. thank you Patio Warehouse for being so amazing! i had no idea places like you exist.
I placed an order for two pool loungers on 5 December 2021. the product was out of stock and they said it would arrive on 22 December. i contacted them just before christmas and then they said the shipment was moved out to 26 December. I sent another email stating that it was a public holiday and that they needed to inform me when the stock would arrive. They do not respond! i phoned them on 28 December and they said that they did not know when they would receive the stock as the supplier would reopen in January. it is now 6 January and i have already sent another 2 emails requesting an update and NOBODY gets back to you. at the very least you can respond by saying that the supplier is open or still closed! you don't just take people's money, waste their whole holiday and then say nothing. i had no pool loungers during my December holidays thanks to you. why even create a delivery date or allow people to order out of stock items if you don't know when you will get the stock? pathetic.
I bought a Sealy 152 XL Lannister XFirm Mattress from the Bed Centre in Tyger valley less than 7 months ago. the first 3 months were super great and comfortable and then i started to notice that the mattress makes a hole in the middle and that my partner and i are being thrown unto each other at night and that we are forced to lie in a dip / ditch the whole night. at first i thought it was my imagination but it's gotten progressively worse as time has passed. i have been going to a chiro for 2 months straight now, i have terrible back pain and it's cost me R10 000 already in chiro bills to try and alleviate my situation. I have contacted the sales woman at the bed centre and she has not been helpful in getting someone to come look. this is a poor quality product for a high price and the worst part is that the internet is actually full of similar reviews for the Crown jewel range. i want my money back and i want you to pay for my medical bills too.

These fraudsters double billed me for petrol- charging me for more than a full tank even though i returned the car with half a tank of petrol. They refuse to show me the petrol slip and they do not respond to my emails after i asked them to show me how they got to the total amount that they have deducted.
