Good old fashioned care and service
Thank you for the excellent service from Patio Warehouse. I was called in advance to schedule delivery, given notice on the day, and the two gentlemen who delivered the table were helpful and respectful of my space. They assembled my table and were completely efficient in doing so.

Excellent Service
We have had the most wonderful service from Patio Warehouse in Umhlanga! From the Management, sales and delivery staff exceptional efficient and friendly service and these guys all know their products so well! It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and recommend to all.

Excellent Service
We have had the most wonderful service from Patio Warehouse in Umhlanga! From the Management, sales and delivery staff exceptional efficient and friendly service and these guys all know their products so well! It’s been an absolute pleasure dealing with them and recommend to all.

Poor Customer Service and Defective Products - Patio Warehouse
Purchase a patio table in Nov 2024 - On delivery it was damaged (3 different places) They could not replace immediately as there was no stock. I agreed to have it replaced in Feb when stock arrived. Replacement now delayed to possibly April - very poor service. If you cannot replace the exact item you should offer an alternative. To wait more than 6 months for an exchange is unacceptable. Please consider before purchasing items from them . They are expensive - therefore you expect quality products and service. I have asked for Head Office Management to make contact with me. However that still has not happened. In the meantime I have to cover the damage with a tablecloth after paying R00 K for a patio table!!

Poor quality and no durability
I bought a R30 000 patio set in December 2022. The welds have snapped off and I am now unable to use my three seater, it is now being held up by bricks. The quality and durability is disgusting. The whole point of buying an aluminium set was durability. Sad thing is it is kept indoors and not even outside exposed to the elements.

Poor quality and no durability

Ordered item online after 18:00 Received email from manager next morning at 06:15 thanking me for business. Received phone call from manager at 07:00 to arrange delivery. Driver phoned 0900 to advise delivery at 10:00 Best service experience ever.

R36000 for craked,scracted,chipped table and chair, even after receiving replacement
We bought a 12 seater Lebombo set on 9 July 2023 from Randburg Branch.We paid R36 000 for the set. We had to wait for the set to be manufactured.The set was delivered on 4 August 2023.When we opened the bubble wrap the table was cracked, scratced and there was also multiple chips and cracks on the chairs.The manager said they will replace the entire set and make 100% sure that there is no cracks on the new table.The new table and chairs was delivered on 18Aug.The table once again has multiple cracks on the main supporting beams.I am totally disgusted with he workmanship on products from Patio Warehouse - this is substandard products that they sell to the public.Someone spoke to us on friday saying that it is "obvious that they cannot meet our requirements" I actually feel offended - we are only expecting a table and chairs that does not have cracks in the woodwork.What does a cracked table and chairs say about the workmanship? Is this not what you pay for, especially when you pay R36000 for a set. To date I am still waiting for the manager to forward me the proof of payment of the refund and reply from the supplier. We have sent the pictures of both tables.I will never buy from them again or refer them to anyone.
