Works Inconsistently at various centres, but the IT consistently does not work (.e.g updating c card). Admyt Parking is a much better experience
CT airport branch - very poor. Had to chase for weeks for deposit to be refunded. Was told we had damaged the car, which was untrue and they did not follow the process to confirm this with the customer. Further delays and then some of deposit refunded. Find another option rather
Water cooler works amazingly, with regular delivery. Back office needs some work on admin systems / invoicing etc…
Ordered online and arrived within a day. Looks as good or better than the pics. Great customer experience.
Melrose Arch Branch. Consultant completely disinterested and bored - lost the business
Rosebank branch - Nurse disinterested and unapologetic for hurting patient
Best airline in SA. great service around incl tech to book, check-in etc.
Very easy to make bookings. Been trying to make a change for 4 days. Horrific service via email and WhatsApp and no call centre. Have been a loyal customer for a long time but will never use again - rather book direct with an airline with good service (flysafair)
Great new airline but weak COVID protocols. First time flying with lift and was overall very impressed - on time - new leather seats, good crew, easy tech for booking, check-in etc. However, no effort made to ask passengers to put masks on. Multiple people spent whole flight without theirs on and were never prompted. Other airlines are (rightfully) strict on this
Degraded badly - service and attitude. Always expensive but used to be worth it. Now mostly very late, errors in orders, food arrives having slid around badly. Used to be responsive to such complaints but now ask customer to call restaurant directly
