Unprofessional service received telephonically while trying to enquire about the repair of my lawnmower. On the phone, I could hear the manager telling the person on the phone that he couldn't possibly know when my mower would be ready. I was calling to find out when it would be ready. It was taken in 2 days prior. I was going to be in the area, and needed to swap cars with my husband in order to collect the mower. The man who answered the phone couldn't tell me when the mower would be ready for collection, he said that it had been serviced. He could not tell me how much it cost. Their policy was explained to me when I brought the mower, that they spent up to R1600 on repairs, and called if it cost more. The man who answered the phone said I had to wait to receive an SMS, and that they did the SMSs in bulk. He could not help me at all. The fact that I could hear the manager in the background shouting at him that he didn't know when it would be ready was very unprofessional. I was so shocked that I hung up. I would not use their service again nor would I recommend anyone to use them. I will travel further to find good service.
