I paid twice at the hotel on the 9th of May 2022. At first the guys told me they do not believe my money went into their account, I explained to them how QR code payments work. After 2 weeks of waiting for my refund, they start believing my story and they appoligise, saying the lady that assisted me was clueless, to cut the story short, it has been more than a month waiting for a refund from this hotel. They always hide behind "calling head office" the manager and staff there sounds so clueless. I need my money back! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
