Holiday regret

I'm here for the Christmas holiday, very disappointed. For a 4 star establishment our chalet is a star. It's dirty, one of the beds has a broken leg, as I was preparing to sleep the bed in the main bedroom is full of small spiders😭, outside light is not working nor is the bathroom heater. I don't know what's happening with the fridge. I'm regretting coming here, I will never come back to Kloppenheim Country Estate Hotel.
