Dear Kloppers Management, I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and disappointment with your company. I believe I have been ****med or de*****ed by someone representing Kloppers for the amount of R2,100.00. On 4 November 2025, I came across an adverti*****t on Facebook promoting a 65" Samsung Smart TV supposedly sold by Kloppers. I was instructed to contact a number on WhatsApp, where a so-called representative of your company assisted me. I was issued an invoice (attached) and told to make payment before the TV could be delivered. I duly made payment of R2,100.00 on 10 November 2025. I was then asked when I wanted delivery, and I requested it as soon as possible. However, no delivery ever took place. I was later informed—after multiple follow-ups—that I needed to pay an additional R500 for delivery, despite already having paid the full amount. When I questioned this, I was met with vague and unprofessional excuses, and the person refused to deliver the TV unless I paid more. At this stage, it is clear that I have been ****** under your company’s name, and I demand an immediate refund of R2,100.00. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to report this to the authorities, as well as expose this incident on every social media and consumer complaint platform available, including HelloPeter, Facebook, and the National Consumer Commission. I trust that Kloppers will treat this as a matter of urgency and assist in investigating and refunding the money that was ********ly taken.

I bought a vehicle Garmin charger at Kloppers online on 04 October 2025 which was on Saturday at 14h00 pm. After I made a payment I received communication immediately showing the detail of what I bought and the message was saying I must allow 3 to 5 working days for it to be delivered but this was not the case, It came earlier than I expected which was on Tuesday and in the process they were communicating with me on email many times a day with the progress and even when the courier takes it at the shop I was told. Excellent service I received at Kloppers and keep up the good work. Hashtag # Black Friday

Kloppers is a very nice shopping experience with friendly staff and a wide range of Defy products. The prices are market related and the after service is excellent. I am very happy with Kloppers overall.

I ordered two items from Kloppers online. The response was quick and the one item was delivered within two days, but it was the wrong item. I called them, and the item was picked up the next day and replaced with the correct item two days later.

Kloppers George branch, western cape Neil ,the older, gentleman at the gun and ammunition section, completely ruined my experience and relationship I had at Kloppers George. For years now, every year, I would drive from outside oudtshoorn , all the way to George to buy all my hunting equipment and ammunitiom before hunting season, this year, 28 July 2025, I phoned in advance as always to book me a couple of boxes of ammunition before I drive all the way there and back, after getting there this time, only to find nothing has been kept for me. I understand that mistakes happen, even though I drove all the way for nothing, it was the way Neil handled it. I would like to challenge Kloppers to take a look at the footage and tell me if this is the way clients get treated? Continuesly shrugging his shoulders, hands in the pocket, telling me its not his problem. No other resolving, just neverminded and worryless about the situation. I was absolutely so annoyed by his attitude that I wont feel like I will be coming back again. Worst service from this guy Ive seen in a while, wow, absolutely shocking Kloppers is welcome to get in contact with me regarding this situation , I am absolutely not in the wrong here and I will challenge any other scenario

Worst experience ever. I told the salesman that I am new at Padel. They sold me one of the most expensive rackets. Only a half session with the racket I realized that something was very off. I was informed that the racket was meant for professional players. Kloppers refused to exchange the racket as it was now "used". Now I'm left with an expensive racket that is of no use to me.
