Dear Kloppers Management, I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and disappointment with your company. I believe I have been ****med or de*****ed by someone representing Kloppers for the amount of R2,100.00. On 4 November 2025, I came across an adverti*****t on Facebook promoting a 65" Samsung Smart TV supposedly sold by Kloppers. I was instructed to contact a number on WhatsApp, where a so-called representative of your company assisted me. I was issued an invoice (attached) and told to make payment before the TV could be delivered. I duly made payment of R2,100.00 on 10 November 2025. I was then asked when I wanted delivery, and I requested it as soon as possible. However, no delivery ever took place. I was later informed—after multiple follow-ups—that I needed to pay an additional R500 for delivery, despite already having paid the full amount. When I questioned this, I was met with vague and unprofessional excuses, and the person refused to deliver the TV unless I paid more. At this stage, it is clear that I have been ****** under your company’s name, and I demand an immediate refund of R2,100.00. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to report this to the authorities, as well as expose this incident on every social media and consumer complaint platform available, including HelloPeter, Facebook, and the National Consumer Commission. I trust that Kloppers will treat this as a matter of urgency and assist in investigating and refunding the money that was ********ly taken.
Myself and a friend visit TEXAS SPUR N1 CITY MALL on Thursday 17th Dec @ 19:30 sat down order a Black label draft and Hunters Dry Draft and a Cheesy Garlic Roll with bacon that arrive within 10min which was fine, i ordered a medium lamb chop and my friend the snitzel combo, i finished my Black Label Draft sitting waiting for the waiter (to order another) which was no where to be found then at about 20:15 a coloured guy with a white shirt approached our table (shirt was messed with sauce all over it) then apologize for the food being late as he was about to walk away I asked for another beer couldn't even offer, when the food eventually arrived I asked the same manager for some black pepper, my medium Lamb chop was rare not even rare to medium but RARE I send it came back as, received it again being medium rare and still no black pepper I notice the same manager called him over and asked where the black pepper was and was told I gave it to the waiter, not even a apology. I was shocked. the manager never came back to check up on the food knowing that there was a problem, Worst service ever and with management like that won't see me again. Last R500 I spent there.. Totally disguised
