I ordered 3 cordless drills online . The one drill had the wrong pic attached to the description and price .I went online to submit my query and request a return . Within 30 minutes I got a call from the branch agreeing that the mistake was on their side. Within 1 hour ,a delivery company had come to my premises to collect the incorrect goods . I received an email that day to validate my banking details and I received a full refund in my account within 2 business days. This is service Ive never experienced in South Africa before and worth a mention. We all make mistakes, but its how we deal with them that makes us stand out from the rest .
