Bought a new TV on Saturday the 4th of January we left as Kloppers was closing. Got home to see the TV was not working and had a Crack in the LED. We returned it early on Monday morning. We were then told by Lourie in tv sales that Kloppers takes no responsibility over the break and advised us to claim from insurance. I'll be contacting LG and Oombutsman
