Poor Quality

I bought a double Door Fridge August 2024 at Kloppers, within 2 weeks unit was replaced due to compressor. Fast foward to October 2024 same model Defy does exactly the same, with no response from Kloppers after reporting

Please can you org for refund or credit as it seem your product have a manifacturing fault
