My fiance and I purchased a vehicle in the beginning of April 2023 from this dealership and have experienced exceptionally bad service from them. The sales agent does not return calls, does not respond to emails, does not follow up on outstanding issues. It has been four months and we are still waiting for a part that was promised to us 2 weeks after taking delivery of the vehicle. We had to track the part down, to be informed that the part had arrived and the dealership were made aware but still did not collect. During the four months we were not contacted once to inform us of what was going on, we had to constantly make the calls to find out.
When we took delivery of the vehicle we were told the vehicle had been for a service and that the tyres were perfect. When we got home there was no oil in the car and had to top it up with 8L, we also had to take the vehicle for alignment an balancing as well as change the spaces as they were cracked which was causing a terrible shudder, to also find out the spare wheel needed to be replaced due to the one supp**** having a huge bubble. The shudder and vibration was so bad that we couldn't even drive it back to the dealership. A week later we had to change the belt as it was so badly worn out as well.
We also requested a copy of the service history, and received excuse after excuse as to why they could not give it to us. Thankfully we have now received it, but it took for us to do the groundwork to obtain it.
The employees continuously lie, and customer service is non existent.
