KNIGHTSBRIDGE PROPERTIES PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT??

I was pressurised and threatened with a High Court action to delete my post/statement regarding Nick Beresford by his attorneys, BDK. This does not alter the fact that he retained the full commission from a sale (R390,000) after agreeing to share out the commissions before the monies were deposited into the Knightsbridge Trust Account. I must point out that Nick Beresford had absolutely no personal involvement in this sale but he made R390,000 from other people’s work! Once the monies were in his Trust account, he refused to pay the individuals involved in the sale and still refuses to pay out the commissions. Nick Beresford is the Principal of Knightsbridge Properties. Is this the behaviour of an “honest” person? Would you do business with this individual?
