I have been using the Spar delivery app for awhile and sadly this is not the first time. I order a few items, the order arrives. One or two items missing and it's a mission to get refunded. This time the items amounted to over a R100 so I tried contacting customer care. I sent in app complaints. I still have not even received a reference number. It's been almost a month and I'm completely ignored. I don't like leaving bad reviews but what can a person do.
