Pathetic

We booked a hiking trip in Knysna and decided to book one night in Knysna Inn. We didn't just pay the deposit. We paid the full amount. 3 days before our trip my husband tore his ankle ligaments and we had to cancel the hiking trip. Christine Mienie refused to give us a refund even after sending photo's and doctors reports. We asked for an extension so that we don't loose the money but she still refused. So basically we paid her R850 for absolutely nothing. She stole our money.
