Knysna municipality how do you

I am sos so disgusted by our Knysna municipality and even our a ward leader..really I don't know where to begin water keep on being of and nobody says why and for how long it going to last..people must go to work it's summer out here how on earth can a person go to work if the hygiene problem is not solved how should the old people cope who needs to drink they medication who must carry that heavy bottles of water when everybody else need to look after themselves...old people can't pay kids just to get them water and if the old people don't pay they won't have water I am so sick every week there's 2 to 4 days without water..sies knysna municipality you are a disgrace
