Stay away from Koalet and 902 Morgan ave

I have rented a property for more than a year. I have the same experience as everyone else. Koalet do absolutely nothing. The owner is just as guilty. He constantly had been on my doorstep complaining about everything but when my double deposit is not being paid back, he hides behind the agency even though Koalet is crafty enough to only take their share and the contract is between tenant and Landlord. Even though I have it in writing from the landlord that I have returned the property just as good as I have received it, Koalet has not paid my deposit back since May. They have not comp**** with the law by depositing the money for interest for my benefit. The specific agent and the agency show dishonesty openly. So does the landlord.
