Good service from Koalet properties
Koalet properties really surprised me with the manner and quick response with the application to rent a property. Viewed the property yesterday and the application was approved today. Can highly recommend Michelle the agent who helped us.

Good service from Koalet properties

Koalet Properties favouritism towards customer
Good day you know today I want to tell you guys about our bad experience with koalet properties in Pretoria, for the third time we have run to a dead end with this agency, firstly we have app**** for a flat the first time where they have never come back to us with an answer for if we have been accepted or not, secondly for the second time in a row when we contacted them again they did not even have the decency to reply to our calls or whats app's, for the time when we saw a place been advertised by them they ignored us until my wife had called them, from there they eventually call us for an viewing for a place on the viewing they informed us that we have to complete the application form and pay the deposit and the place is ours, on completing the form they come with the excuse that we have bad debt and with this we need to pay a double deposit on accepting this they never came to us with an answer, when the agent eventually answered us she said that said we cannot pay the double deposit just because I request a down payment on the second deposit, with this I requested if possible that we can ask a family member to apply on our behalf where the agent agreed to, she did not even have a look at the family members application, and we have given proof that the bad debt reflecting is been dealt with she did not have a look at it. When enquired about the place again she said that the place has been given to someone else. then she started saying that we have to look for another place where she wanted to give us a place that is over priced and badly neglected for R6 250.00. So I asked her how will this then been approved as I have mos bad debt and it is more expensive that the original place app**** for, she then rep**** that they can reduce the double deposit, my question to her was so when double deposit can be reduced now why not for the previous place, where she said that it was paid for by other renters, we could have make the payment as well if she did not have so much stories, by saying if we want to put the place on someone else's name they need to stay with us. And that is how we lost the third place through one agency and a very bad attitude from the agent at the end

Poor service Koalet properties
Recieved a mail advertising a 3 garden flat that is available.. Was impressed with photos and would like to have viewed the property. Didnt respond immediately to my request and provide info..There is an option yo provide address but got no response. I just would of like to see where the property is precisely situated. Asked to.arrange to view property. Took a while for response. Then i was asked when the property would be needed. Answered end of Jan or beginning of Feb2024. On the advert they said the property is immediately available. Then stopped everything. Unacceptable and poor service. Wont recommend them at all.

Stay away from Koalet Properties
Stay away!!!! Many people warned me not to do business with them. Die prinsipaal is ongeskik en onprofesioneel. Toe haar verskonings opraak toe sit sy die foon in my oor neer. Volgens haar is hulle enigste plig om vir die klient n geskikte huis te kry. Klomp *****s en dan trek hulle skouers op as daar n "comeback " op die C.O.C kom. Tussen hulle en die prokureurs, wat hulle voorgestel het weet ek nie wie is die grootste bedrieërs nie. Ek is tans besig met n bedrog saak en siviele eise teen al die partye. Stay away!!! Bly weg!!!! Ungenzi ibhizinisi nabo!!!!! Seke oa etsa khoebo le bona!!!!!

30 years of success
Stunning company. Been in the business for over 30 years. I think that should speak for it self...A family business run by Alet Branders. It makes me sad that it is so easy for someone to slander a business name as easy as it is happening today...False accusations about ****** ect... Koalet Properties is a company that sets very high standards and protect the interests of there clients as there slogan suggest "caring with a personal touch".

Stunning company. Been in the business for over 30 years. I think that should speak for it self...A family business run by Alet Branders. It makes me sad that it is so easy for someone to slander a business name as easy as it is happening today...False accusations about ****** ect... Stay away from Koalet and 902 Morgan ave
I have rented a property for more than a year. I have the same experience as everyone else. Koalet do absolutely nothing. The owner is just as guilty. He constantly had been on my doorstep complaining about everything but when my double deposit is not being paid back, he hides behind the agency even though Koalet is crafty enough to only take their share and the contract is between tenant and Landlord. Even though I have it in writing from the landlord that I have returned the property just as good as I have received it, Koalet has not paid my deposit back since May. They have not comp**** with the law by depositing the money for interest for my benefit. The specific agent and the agency show dishonesty openly. So does the landlord.

Dont make use of koalet properties
All of the people that I have delt with are extreamely rude. Please dont rent out your property with Koalet properties as they do not have your interest at heart. You pay a fee every month for them to handle absolutely nothing. When you ask for a responsibility list of the agent, they reply with a snotty message to go look for the resposibilities in the contract myself. We worked through the contract and mandate and there are no lists of responsibilities. They refuse to assist and pushes there responsibility onto anyone but themselves

Koalet.....you let us down.
The worst service ever, well I cannot even say worst service because we did not receive any service. Responded to two adds on two separate occasions where we emailed and whatsapped the "agent" with no response. We even phoned the number provided just to be told they will respond to the whatsapps shortly. But no.......still no help or communication from the agent. Very disappointing really.

The worst service ever, well I cannot even say worst service because we did not receive any service. Responded to two adds on two separate occasions where we emailed and whatsapped the "agent" with no response. We even phoned the number provided just to be told they will respond to the whatsapps shortly. But no.......still no help or communication from the agent. Very disappointing really.
