I phoned Foshini Kollanade this morning to find out if they had wifi.I was informed yes. two tipes one mtn and the other zte935. i once again phoned to ask if the zte was network locked. I was informed no. at the store i once again asked if the zte was network locked. They assured me that it was not network locked. I purchased the zte wifi only to find that it was network locked. .While 5he cashier was busy with me the telephone was ringing . She the adjusted the volume to soft.
phoned foshini menlyn park a few times today but nobody bothered to answer. Totally unacceptable.
Totally pathetic. Only person at customer service .Has a bad attitude. Very slow.Not friendly at all..How on earth can a bank operate on duch a manner ? Totally unacceptable and disgusting. Total lack of managment. Will never recommend this branch
At Ackermans Jacaranda centre i saw a mtn mifi router m30 for R350. I wanted to find out more about the router from mtn themselves. One mtn stores confirmed that this was a new wifi pocket router. Other mtn stores didnt have a clue of what i was talking about. Clearly they dont know their products. I was totally dumbfounded . Once again proves my point that mtn is totally *********** and useless. How can you do business in this.way ?
MTN complaints management is totally pathetic and useless. Sent them a mail regarging April 2024 invoice which was not mailed to me. Only after a few days i received a reply once again apolgizing for the inconvenience. Also asked what my cell number was. When i wrote the mail i placed my.cell number in the subject line.Why ask info which i already gave them. Its very clear that they are incapable of solving any issues sent to them. Its clear that the management team is totally clueless. What a shame ? How do they expect customers to be satisfied with this disgusting performance?
Once again mtn has made me very angry and disattified. For April 2024 i never teceived an invoice stating the amount due. To obtain the invoice i used the mtn app on my phone which was unsuccessful. On the app i could see the outstanding amount due.Mtn was notified about this matter.The other issue i was battling with the unsuccessful debit order for February and March. Numerous mails was sent in this regard. It took.mtn long to resolve the issue and tto change my method of payment.Today i received an sms from them stating the outstanding amount for April.2024 was not paid. I sent them a mail.that today was the last day of the month. I feel that i am treated unfairly regarding this matter. I have been a loyal customer of mtn for so many years and never defaulted and had an invoice which was not paid.I am not a damn ********. I also received an sms today in which mtn brags about providing service for 30 years. In my view their service is atrocious. for failing to resolve issues. The only thing they can do is apologise which doesnt resolve the matter. They have not reason to brag at all due to their incompetance and bad service.
I refer to my previous recview of mtn. Today i was once again disgusted witb service provided. On the 4 th April 2024 an mtn agent contacted me regarding an upgrade which i canceled due to.delay in delivering. On the 10 th April 2024 i done an ipgrade online. I received an sms regarding delivery. No date was given in the sms i received. I bought this under the attention og mtn by mail. I received a call from the courier that delivery will tske place today. Mtn contacted me today for an opt so that delivery can takre place. A total contast. I also complained about my uncessufull debit orders lately. I then received an sms that i must approve the debit order. Mean while the debit order is active at my bank and on my bank app. Then i received another sms stating my method of payment has been changed to cash. Unbelievable Mtn is totally useless and incompetant. Very angry and disastified complained to. Manangement by mail. Only to receive apologies. What a useless company.
Bought chips from the food counter this afternoon. Totally disgusted with the quality of the chips. Certainly not as good as previous times. Will not buy their chips very soom.
On 4 th April 2024 a mtn representative phoned me to do an upgrade on one of my cell phone lines. I agreed to the upgrade and was informed that my.new smartphone will be delivered in a few days. Nothing happened further. I made enquiries and was informed that my application was still pending. Today i cancelled the upgrade. I then decided to do an upgrade online with my.cell. Within 5 ninutes the upgrade was done. I then received an sms and email that my upgrade was successfull and ready for delivery and that i will be contacted when my smattphone will be delivered. A totall contrast to the previous upgrade attempt. Totally confusing. Many questions arises from this experience
I refer to my review on 1 March 2024 regarding payment of my account wbich was unsuccessful by debit order. I was informed that a new debit order was created for payment on 1 March 2024. I visted Mtn jzkaranda and was informed and assured that the bedit order was successful. The guy at the store showed me paypent was made on their computer. But nothing showed on my bank side. Once again i went to mtn to get proof of payment. Went back to bank and after an investigation nothing was on their system about payment. Today i received a notification my account was not paid. What a total mess up. Not acceptable.
