I honestly hope they give their students better assistance than what they gave me. Very disappointed, I wonder how much registration fees they take from misinformed parents. They should be ashamed.
The worst service ever, well I cannot even say worst service because we did not receive any service. Responded to two adds on two separate occasions where we emailed and whatsapped the "agent" with no response. We even phoned the number provided just to be told they will respond to the whatsapps shortly. But no.......still no help or communication from the agent. Very disappointing really.

On the 21st of July at 11:39 I received a call from one of Rain's representatives informing me that she will send me an email with instructions that should be followed to connect to a tower closer to us. Needless to say I did not receive the email. I logged another ticket to say that I never received the email, after waiting more that the 24 hours turnaround time they so eagerly include in their ticket/ mail reply I decided to log a ticket for assistance for the third time. It is now again after 24 hours after logging the ticket and still no help from Rain. I don't get their lack of service for free.....I pay for it. I think this is very poor service, I'm very disappointed rain.
