We bought a R14 000 bed on Thursday and delivery was supposed to be done on Friday. On Friday evening at 20h45 the courier guy says he is at the gate. By 20h45 I'm in bed usually and I had to sleep somewhere else. I asked the guy to return on Saturday morning and he said he will. By 11:15 on Saturday morning I had to phone again and ask when the bed will be delivered and he said only on Monday. There is no number for customer care and the business is closed on a Saturday and Sunday. I do not have a bef at the moment. The driver is extremely rude. I am so disappointed that I am going to cancel the order and buy the bed from a place who has good services
*****ulent. Order was "made and and delivered" in 3min and when we called the Kashew Restaurant they said we got ****med because they do not have an account with uber. The manager at Kashew Restaurant told us that this is happening since 2 weeks ago and ubereats still have not taken down these *******
I am covered PMB my script was renewed and have to send the script in to approve new dosages. I received a sms saying it is approved and linked to my profile. However, when I went to my nominated pharmacy to get the meds. They said on the system it says the new dosages are not approved yet. I have send in my script to update and approve on the 6th of November. After I called gems to find out whats going on. Lungi captured the new dosages and I now have to wait another 48 hours to know if it is approved which means it will be another 48hours without CHRONIC MEDICATION. IT IS 14 NOVEMBER AND I AM STILL WITHOUT MY CHRONIC MEDICATION!!!!!!
Good day. Please find the attached script and screenshots of communication received and nothing was actioned. I habe made many attempts to sort it out by calling GEMS and to this day I did not receive my medication. I need an explanation from my medical aid as well as the pharmacy on how this happened and why it takes so long to sort this out. I am without anti-psychotic medication and mood stabilisers for 16 days and I am on this medication for a very good reason. As you are aware, I am seeing a psychologist and psychiatrist on a regular basis and I need to get admitted to hospital on Monday because of my mental health and the biggest reason for this is because of the mess up with the medication. Will you please explain how the hospital works in regards with my benifits like the different types of classes in hospital that I need to attent? What is covered in my benifits with in-hospital mental health care ? Can I also please request that my dependant and my medication will not be delivered anymore and I would like to add Medilane pharmacy Bergbron Practice nr 1057588 as my pharmacy where I collect our medication please. To this day no one rep**** and I still do not have reiceved any medication I have send that email to enquiry@gems.co.za, chronicDSP@gems.gov.za and marapharmacy. This is absolutely the worst medical aid

All of the people that I have delt with are extreamely rude. Please dont rent out your property with Koalet properties as they do not have your interest at heart. You pay a fee every month for them to handle absolutely nothing. When you ask for a responsibility list of the agent, they reply with a snotty message to go look for the resposibilities in the contract myself. We worked through the contract and mandate and there are no lists of responsibilities. They refuse to assist and pushes there responsibility onto anyone but themselves
I have called and I have used the secure chat for 3 days now and no one is willing to assist with my account. I can not make any payments or transferes. I would like to cancel my account and I will open an account at a bank who would help their clients
I have had rain for 5 months now, and in those 5 months I have only had 2 months of uninterrupted connection. I have now been without connection for 3 weeks. I have called the call centre every single day and spoke to an agent every day where they are unable to assist me, everyday the case gets escalated to the advanced team, however NOT ONCE has a technician called me back to assist or sent a technician to my site to assist. I need to pay for wifi, but I have now gone 3 weeks without it. Call centre service is poor and often rude. Escalation services are apparently non-existant and willingness to assist is lacking.
Since September a debit order is going off on my account for Sanlam sky. When I called to find out why the bank does not allow me to cancel the debit, I decided to call sanlam sky to find out that someone took out a funeral benefit for myself and my "mom". This person does not have the same name as my mom does and when I asked for the details on this person they confirmed that the only details they have of this person is the name Lucia Pretorius and she works at balimi holdings cc which is a company that does not exist. This is unacceptable!!!
