On the 16th of October 2025 a call center consultant contacted me and offer me a R35 000.00 cash bask as a load from Clientele Life, after submitting everything nothing of the R35 000.00 cash back came through, on contacting them on the 17th of October 2025 where I have cancelled everything due to the wrong information given by the consultant the debit order was loaded already, and on cancelling the policy they promised that no fees will go off from the bank with the debit order, comes month end 30 October 2025the installment went through, and trying to contact them again the number dialed has an automated machine that tells you that they are currently closed for a staff function, firstly, how can such a big company close the whole company for staff parties, after several call I eventually get through on Monday 10 October 2025 where the person I spoke to promised that the refund will reflect back in the bank by midnight Monday night 10 October 2025, on Wednesday 12 October 2025 there was still nothing in the bank by contacting them again promised that it will be reflecting before 16H00 that afternoon, by 16H00 when calling again there comes another story again, now it will only reflect after 24hours, lies on lies on lies from one consultant to another
Good day you know today I want to tell you guys about our bad experience with koalet properties in Pretoria, for the third time we have run to a dead end with this agency, firstly we have app**** for a flat the first time where they have never come back to us with an answer for if we have been accepted or not, secondly for the second time in a row when we contacted them again they did not even have the decency to reply to our calls or whats app's, for the time when we saw a place been advertised by them they ignored us until my wife had called them, from there they eventually call us for an viewing for a place on the viewing they informed us that we have to complete the application form and pay the deposit and the place is ours, on completing the form they come with the excuse that we have bad debt and with this we need to pay a double deposit on accepting this they never came to us with an answer, when the agent eventually answered us she said that said we cannot pay the double deposit just because I request a down payment on the second deposit, with this I requested if possible that we can ask a family member to apply on our behalf where the agent agreed to, she did not even have a look at the family members application, and we have given proof that the bad debt reflecting is been dealt with she did not have a look at it. When enquired about the place again she said that the place has been given to someone else. then she started saying that we have to look for another place where she wanted to give us a place that is over priced and badly neglected for R6 250.00. So I asked her how will this then been approved as I have mos bad debt and it is more expensive that the original place app**** for, she then rep**** that they can reduce the double deposit, my question to her was so when double deposit can be reduced now why not for the previous place, where she said that it was paid for by other renters, we could have make the payment as well if she did not have so much stories, by saying if we want to put the place on someone else's name they need to stay with us. And that is how we lost the third place through one agency and a very bad attitude from the agent at the end
No need to take any products like car insurance from Old Mutual, as they do not refund any instalments after policy has been cancelled, and they keep on taking instalments even though you do not have cover from them any more. and when you say that you will legal assistance they have this attitude and telling you can try, they are a big company and you do not have a change of winning even though you have legal assistance. They put a block on all debit orders so that are not able to stop or return any debit orders from your own bank to get at least some money back
We have visited the Centurion Mall spec Savers again, and once again the best service ever received from a service provider. I Would definitly recommend this company to anyone
The worst experience with the most unmannered staff. The rudest person helped me when lodging a complain about a debit order that went through my bank account after a policy was cancelled within the 14 day cool off period, they still go and put the debit order through, and with the phone call they want to tell you that you have to wait 5 - 10 working days before they will refund your money. They take the installment before the 31st and you have to wait this period. Then they still want to give you an attitude. When ever you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they all of a sudden have a system error.. After several attemps I did then speak to a supervisor that promised that they will refund the money on Friday 27 Oct 2023 and the money will reflect in my bank account on Saturday 28 Oct 2023, this did not happen and they also did not refund the full amount where they now have to take a cancellation fee, this is not right as the instalment was not supposed to go through, this is not running a company honoustly, why do we have to pay for their mistakes
Hallo, at this company I have received the best service you can think of, personnel was friendly and helpful, on arrival I was assisted immeddiatly with the appointment details I have received, did not even wait 5 minutes to go in to the optometrist, the most friendly optometrist assisted with the eye test. Could not have asked for a better experience
After several attempts off cancelling the subscription of the service the services was not cancelled, firstly several emails was send to cancel the subscription several phone calls was made to them, and every time they have an excuse to cancel, firstly apparently there was a sim swop out standing and they do not want to cancel, now after 4 weeks of cancelling they have the audacity to call and say there is an outstanding amount and they cannot cancel the service due to the outstanding balance. The services was cancelled a month in advance before subscription was due and still nothing was done. And they said no contract it will be on a month to month base. This is all lies. Still no cancellation on service, they just want money even though the service was not used from 01 July 2023
8 Days now battling to get this company to sort out the signal problem we experiencing every day you speak to someone else and every day they have a diffarant story, always apologising but nothing is happening, spoke to a manager and this person promised to replace the router, phone the next day again and then they tell you the router is nothing wrong with, but still they have done a sim swop, firstly you have to wait for 5 days before receiving this new sim, then after two days the sim is not registered yet, you can ask to speak a manager and never get hold of anyone, get promised that the manager will call back, and this also does not happen. Quick to take the monthly fee, but a lot of stories for fixing the problem, after 8 days nothing was done to solve the problem. In the mean time you have paid for nothing because you cannot use the Wi fi as there is never signal. Only empty Promises and managers that is suppose to call back and that also never happen.
