Misrepresentation and Bad Customer service

Bought a car at Kolev Motors assisted by a guy called Julian. On inspection of the vehicle I clearly asked if it was involved in an accident he said no it was cosmetic repair for minor scratches and dents, on the highway the car vibrates and has knocking sound especially when you accelerate. Took the car to an authorised repairer to inspect the car and he discovered the car is a cut and join hence the knocking sound, went back to them on Saturday the 3/9/22 I was told they got the car as is they don’t check for accidents when they buy cars or request for the car’s history and where they bought it from he gave me a excuse after excuse. The owner is a rude lady who didn’t even want to listen to me.

Please stay away from that dealership if you check their cars on the floor most are repaired with lots of body filler WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
