Faulty Cars
I bought a Mercedes Benz A200 from them and 3 days within having the car the engine light went on. I took the car to Mercedes and I was advised that the injectors of the vehicle were faulty, I took the car back to Kolev and they assured me that the injectors were fine and that they can fix the real problem (that fix cost me R5000) when I got the car less than a month in. 7 days later the engine light came back on again, they advised I bring back the car for another fix, I did that and again it only lasted for 7 days. They sell faulty cars and fail to fix them yet still charge for their short term solutions.

Pathetic after sale service at Kolev Motors Edenvale
Viewed a vehicle twice, on both occasions the rubber from the rear right door was hanging. Come collection day, when I arrived home the rubber was still hanging. The car was extremely dirty/disguting. I'm not sure how this car landed on the showroom. I wonder if the owner doesn't not inspect vehicles he/she is selling! I had to take the car for 2 executive car washes and a full valet. Car was probably stored in some dungeon somewhere. Dust and bits of bottles in the front. The audacity! I've never such disrespect from a dealership which I paid MONEY for this car. The so-called owner didn't WANT to see me!! Dalton is useless and has a "don't care attitude" after making a sale of course! After giving them business and bringing my previous car for service and repairs. I will never give them business again!!! I was made to feel like the car is yours now, you're on your own. Kolev shouldn't be in the business of selling cars cause they sell dirty cars. Dalton and his boss should go for customers service training.

Kolev Motors I'm highly impressed with their service, actually special thanks to Julian. Firstly when I bought my car they gave me a good discount and did all the paper work for me. I after that I had technical problem with my boot they fix it for free, anyway I paid for a warranty plan it's working so well. Whenever I experience any problem I phone Julian my number 1 sales man he informs me to bring my car immediately check the fault and give me the appointment ASAP. What impressed me the most it's they checked my car and there was a fault he gave me a date I didn't go, he called me personally and reminded me to bring my car and explained that I am damaging my car further. Thanks Julian.

Misrepresentation and Bad Customer service
Bought a car at Kolev Motors assisted by a guy called Julian. On inspection of the vehicle I clearly asked if it was involved in an accident he said no it was cosmetic repair for minor scratches and dents, on the highway the car vibrates and has knocking sound especially when you accelerate. Took the car to an authorised repairer to inspect the car and he discovered the car is a cut and join hence the knocking sound, went back to them on Saturday the 3/9/22 I was told they got the car as is they don’t check for accidents when they buy cars or request for the car’s history and where they bought it from he gave me a excuse after excuse. The owner is a rude lady who didn’t even want to listen to me. Please stay away from that dealership if you check their cars on the floor most are repaired with lots of body filler WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Kolev sold us an accident damage vehicle Stay away from Kolev
I would like to warn all potential customers to stay clear away from Kolev motors 97 Van riebeeck Street edenvale, those people are devil in a sheep skin unscrupulous no business ethics at all, I bought a vehicle 2021 on the 7th of December a white golf 2018 golf Tsi which the sales person Julian moonsamy said the vehicle was not in an accident but had minor bumper scratches and it was resprayed, after taking delivery of the vehicle it was engine's lights and rear window made a noise when winding up and down. Since after that's it was underneath engine cover fell off, left passenger door was loose door panel loose, wind noise when driving we have been there 6th time and they failed dismally to fix their mess. They take parts from other cars and replace it on other vehicles, kolev motors is a dangerous place please don't go there you will loose money and you will have constant headaches

i bought a car at Kolev Motors and i was told it was fine , involved in minor accident . lock down happened and i report some issues from them.my car shakes when i get to free even after wheel alignment and it makes weird sound from the back as if something is loose. i drove all the way from Tembisa to edenvale to show them but they said is nothing serious. only if i could return it, i would now. they sell all damaged cars .
