Pathetic after sale service at Kolev Motors Edenvale

Viewed a vehicle twice, on both occasions the rubber from the rear right door was hanging. Come collection day, when I arrived home the rubber was still hanging. The car was extremely dirty/disguting. I'm not sure how this car landed on the showroom. I wonder if the owner doesn't not inspect vehicles he/she is selling! I had to take the car for 2 executive car washes and a full valet. Car was probably stored in some dungeon somewhere. Dust and bits of bottles in the front. The audacity! I've never such disrespect from a dealership which I paid MONEY for this car. The so-called owner didn't WANT to see me!! Dalton is useless and has a "don't care attitude" after making a sale of course! After giving them business and bringing my previous car for service and repairs. I will never give them business again!!! I was made to feel like the car is yours now, you're on your own. Kolev shouldn't be in the business of selling cars cause they sell dirty cars. Dalton and his boss should go for customers service training.
