We should move to amazon and leave Takealot, worst return service
Takealot is slowly becoming like the government, they have the worst service and worst return service. My items were collected on the 14th October and the status still still on awaiting missing items which were also collected Thursday, over 5 days now without changing status. this is the reason why we should all move to Amazon

Capitec ***** team is useless
My phone was ****** and they were able to access my bank account and over R6000.00 was taken in less than 20 minutes and the only reply I got from them was that they cannot track the funds and no explanation on how they able to bypass face verification and immediately the case was closed in less than 2 days of losing my money when they told me it will take over 14 to 21 days. And clearly they telling me they wont get me my money back or refund me even when is their bank with loop holes and no full security. I am officially leaving capitec bank and will spread this on twitter as well.

Failure to refund
You so unreliable picknpay Asap I order on the 24/03/2023 and my order was said to be delivered on the on the 26/03/23,i cancelled order requested refund oj 27/03/23 and my money is not in my account even today. This is utterly disgusting from your service & teams and says a lot about our incompetency

False and misleading service until you make payment
I placed an order of fibre and they system confirmed.my area has fibre newtork lines. After i made payment ,i.was told they don't have it i requested refund it is still not in a my account almost two weeks later.

Poors Service and Empty promise from Randburg
My car was booked in with Auto magic Randburg on the 21st of Jan by King price and till today my car hasn't been collected and never got a call from them to arrange for repairs. I dont understand how the branch allows such service, I have been calling for a week without getting assistance . CKP2839980/1

Failure to hire car for customer and collect my car
There is nothing royal about king price service ,we had to chase and force their staff to do their job . My claim was approves 4 days ago and my car has not been collected, i don't have a car to driver and i called 4 times for the to arrange a car for me and no one is helping. I am not sure if they really care about keeping customers or business. They don't deserve a single star

Tracking number: 8016993317 Order number: 300773503 Shipment number: 300335749 Order was placed on the 16th January 2023, collected on the 21st January 2023 from the Supplier , and advised this will take 2-5 working days to be delivered To date, no delivery made So unprofessional.

Refusing to issue Cerificate
We just got off a call with Capitec, and they advised that paid up letter sent is 100% correct. Shameema from Debt Busters advised she will only provide clearance certificate once letter stating accounts: 1190457472 and 2909101237441372. Capitec does not have records of account 2909101237441372 else this would have been included on the paod up letter. This is dragging for far too long, unnecessarily so. Can the clearance certificate please be provided. All accounts have been paid up in 2018,no reason to be withholding the certificate, please

Poor service from Claim commnander and delaying assistance to avoid paying claim
I logged a claim after I was involved in an accident . Ryan who is Claim comander keeps avoiding my emails,what does my old insurance of old car has to do with my new car which is insured by King price. is like they looking for any reason not to pay my claim. At this point ,I would recommend King Price to anyone and this will be taking to all review platforms including Twitter.

outstanding letter since 2016
Trust you are well? I reached out to Debt Busters assist us in consolidating mine and my husbands debts, as he had lost his job and was a bit much to cover all costs on my own.They did assist and paid all our dues, we are 6 years free from debt.To date, we have not received settlement letter, we need it as we have paid all debts in full We called in 2022, and was advised by Namhla Mtimkulu, that we need to call our creditors and get settlement letters from them, before they (Debt Busters) can provide one from them. We did that and all letters were sent via email to Namhla Mtimkulu on the 06 June 2022. Even with follow us been made, she has never returned our calls nor responded to our email. Can the matter please be escalated and settlement letter be provided as soon as possible.
