Worst company ever,bought a bed set from hifi corp and for 2 weeks I have been trying to get answers,I just get a reply everytime stating your frustration has been escalated…how are they still in business with their ****py service

I ordered a gaming chair just before 1pm on the 19th of December as a Christmas present from Incredible connection , when ordered it stated that delivery will take 2to5 working days. Do date my chair has not been delivered and each time I contact Incredible Connection, they tell me that my complaint has been escalated, no one has contacted me to tell me what is going on, nor have I once received proper feedback on any of my mails.

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter out of complete frustration and disappointment with the utterly unacceptable service I have received from Bradlows Westgate and Bradlows Customer Care over the past year and three months. I honestly cannot begin to explain the trauma and inconvenience I have endured throughout this entire ordeal. My couches are still not fixed after all this time. They were sent in for repairs, returned to me supposedly “resolved,” yet the material is now pulling skew and the workmanship is completely unsatisfactory. This has been nothing short of a nightmare experience — one that no customer should ever have to go through. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this: The store manager, Petunia, still cannot explain why my complaints keep being closed without resolution. The salesperson, Lerato, repeatedly promises to follow up but never gets back to me. I have requested several times for this issue to be escalated to an area manager, yet I have received no response. I have even asked for the matter to be reported to Head Office, and still nothing happens. At this point, I am completely fed up and disappointed. I have lost all confidence in Bradlows’ after-sales service and internal communication. It feels as if no one cares about resolving customer issues — only about closing complaints and moving on. What am I supposed to do now? After more than a year of waiting, follow-ups, empty promises, and constant frustration, I am left with defective furniture and no accountability from Bradlows. This letter will be shared publicly on HelloPeter, as I have exhausted every possible channel directly with Bradlows. I sincerely hope someone at Head Office will finally take responsibility and assist in resolving this long-overdue, unacceptable situation. Yours sincerely,

Worst company ever their is real company Sleepmasters is the worst o bought a bed in December and to date I have exchanged the bed 4 times each time I get a defective product , then they want to collect the item and I maintain 7-14 days for a refund whilst they didn’t wait for me to pay for the bed , I paid then only they could deliver meaning they should refund me then come collect , I paid for quality and I found he getting quality nothing inferior to that

To summarize my complain clearly: I bought couches cash from Bradlows (JD Group) on 4 July 2024. The couches were faulty within a month and went for repairs. They broke again within 10 months, and have now been gone for over a month and two weeks with no resolution. I made numerous calls to JD Group Head Office and the store (Bradlows Vereeniging) — especially to Belinda (Complaints Dept.) and store manager Buti — with no clear feedback or resolution. I was sold floor/display stock without full consent or disclosure, which you believe violates consumer protection laws. I'm spending your own airtime, petrol, and time chasing a resolution. I also seen that many other customers have similar complaints online about poor service from Bradlows and JD Group.

i bought a bed in Gezina galaries Sleepmasters 2024 Novmber and collected in deecember 2024, and march -April 2025 was showing disfunctionalities, returned it for exchange and was approved in April 2025, i then topped additional fund for a better Bed assisted by Nomsa in sleepmasters, and told m wereehouse JD Group in Rosslyn will deliver, i spoke to lady named Louisa in the Werehouse and confirmed that the bed will be delivered, they then delivered a wrong bed, when i produce the receipt we called the lady again and she acted as she was not aware, its almost 2 month now and i still have not received the bed.

They are a terrible with the deliveries I placed an order on the 08.04.2025 online Incredible Connection the delivery was scheduled for the 11th April but then for some reason it wasn't delivered I've followed up with Incredible Connection but yesterday they logged a complain I had to call in again today still no luck they must just stop trading because they are unreliable period!!!!
