I ordered a gaming chair just before 1pm on the 19th of December as a Christmas present from Incredible connection , when ordered it stated that delivery will take 2to5 working days. Do date my chair has not been delivered and each time I contact Incredible Connection, they tell me that my complaint has been escalated, no one has contacted me to tell me what is going on, nor have I once received proper feedback on any of my mails.

Without Notice I have received an SMs that my Telkom account has been handed over to DC Fourie Attorneys, When I first had a DR order from Telkom in December 2020, I have tried for two months to get some-one from Telkom to assist me, as I have never had a Telkom contract, nor have I entered into any contract with Telkom. Eventually I have requested my bank to stop the DR orders, as Telkom refused to assist me without an account number, and I could not provide them with an account number because I never opened an Account with them. I would like my name cleared, and this mess sorted out, as I see it is a recurring theme with Telkom by reading the complaints.
What a terrible experience trying to make an online purchase during black friday. First the website crashed exactly when the sale started, then the items were out of stock, then they seemed to load more stock.... As i am busy checking out, and paying for my order... Boom the website crashes again... And stock now reflect as sold out so I cannot redo the process.... I did however receive an order, and tried contacting the customer service immediately... Now they say my order is canceled due to non payment, even though the website clearly states that i have 5 days to pay the order. Last year was the exact same story.... To top it off, went to stand i. The que friday morning, must have been the 10th person in store, when dores opened, and guess what the lol pearl surprise already sold out?? Dont advertise if you cannot keep up your end of the bargain toys r us... I will definitely not be supporting you anymore.... Terrible customer services support as well.
Dear MTN, I do not appreciate you subscribing me to Subscriptions at R5 per day. I have not given any authorization for content services to me added to my number.
