Placed an order then received a call saying they were short one item,received an email requesting my bank details in order to refund me and to date no refund nor any replies on my emails
I usually don’t complain this quickly but support from this company is disappointing…I have tried the WhatsApp number as well as sent emails but am getting no response it’s extremely frustrating when all I’m trying to do is verify my account which failed and now I can’t do anything on my account
Worst company ever,bought a bed set from hifi corp and for 2 weeks I have been trying to get answers,I just get a reply everytime stating your frustration has been escalated…how are they still in business with their ****py service
Placed an order online and received an email stating supplier out of stock,it has now been 2 weeks since I placed the order and it is very difficult to receive proper answers to what is happening…it is frustrating as the item was paid for but everyone gives you the run around
So I never had an issue before but with my last order I missed the driver by minutes…he was still in Mitchell’s plain and refused to come back unless I pay him a R50 or drive out to where he is,I live in Mitchell’s plain and he could not have been that far from my house…all the other drivers I ever had was always accommodating and friendly but this guy oh my word ******ion…now I don’t even know where my parcel is or how to track it…worst experience ever
I was humiliated and deeply embarrassed at kenilworth branch,I had a birthday voucher and not knowing we had to order the birthday combo in order to redeem the voucher nonetheless we decided to just pay the bill,our waitress was very sweet,the manager yusrah I believe her name is the came over and in a very loud voice drawing attention to us told us we cannot use the voucher I immediately cut her off saying we will pay there are no issues as we didn’t want the unnecessary attention…after a few yusrah comes back with a lucky packet and says this is for THE child,is my child a piece of **** for her to refer to my child like that,we didn’t ask nor did we make an issue over the voucher but she felt the need to come and be loud about it causing us embarrassment.needless to say I rushed out almost crying
Bought an item from incredible connection on the 1st of November and when trying to follow up I get sarcastic responses saying it’s only day 2 or 3 of 2-5 delivery days….well it is now day 6 and no delivery…received an sms on the 7th at 2pm the afternoon stating out for delivery but day 6 and no delivery…deeply disappointed as I paid thousands to be treated like **** and no delivery promise
The best service,ordered online and delivery was quick,always have what I’m looking for and the freebies is a big bonus,will continue to purchase from them
I was assisted by Nazley Bruintjies and the service was excellent,she was friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process
I made an online purchase on the lg website and I just cannot get anyone to help me with finding out where my item is,I just keep being told “on delivery” since Friday the 29th November All I’m trying to find is my tracking number and the courier but no help…I’m getting so frustrated at not getting any clear answers from anyone at LG…how could they not have a tracking number or know who the courier is that will be delivering my item
