Zero customer service and false advertising

I placed an order with this online store which was confirmed however till date there has been no update on. There is absolutely zero communication on my attempts to contact customer service through their various methods . This business has zero integrity to advertise fast delivery times and not live up to it. I sadly feel I have been ****med.
