Kone Elevators SA non delivery

Our kids and good friend Soozi Dinnie were driven over by a vehicle in Septembee 2014. Our kids have reecovered but sadly Soozi was paralysed from the shoulders down. The Dinnie family had to renovate their entire home and contracted Kone Elevators. After initial great service, more than 3 months after the elevator arrived in SA & cleared customs the company has not delivered the elevator. There has been no communication. Has Soozi and the Dinnie family not endured enough shock? Clearly Kone Elevators is only their for profits and don't care about customers once they have their cash? <br> <br> Kone Elevators please assist the Dinnie family and ensure delivery and installation of the lift by the 26 February 2016 ifbyou really care about this special family.
