Kone Elevators SA non delivery
Our kids and good friend Soozi Dinnie were driven over by a vehicle in Septembee 2014. Our kids have reecovered but sadly Soozi was paralysed from the shoulders down. The Dinnie family had to renovate their entire home and contracted Kone Elevators. After initial great service, more than 3 months after the elevator arrived in SA & cleared customs the company has not delivered the elevator. There has been no communication. Has Soozi and the Dinnie family not endured enough shock? Clearly Kone Elevators is only their for profits and don't care about customers once they have their cash? <br> <br> Kone Elevators please assist the Dinnie family and ensure delivery and installation of the lift by the 26 February 2016 ifbyou really care about this special family.

Poor service
I requested a quote for an elevator for our house two months ago on the Company's website. One of the agents (Sean ) phoned me 3 weeks ago. He is working at the Pretoria branch. I explained to him exactly what we need and he promised to send me a quote.<br> <br> Three weeks later and I am still waiting. Not sure how to rate the service. It is obvious that this company are not interested in doing business.<br> <br> Did find an alternative company in the meantime and had no issues with their service.

LIFTS NOT WORKING - COMPANY HAS DEAF EARS
Hi,<br> <br> I currently live In HIGHPOINT flats, that's in 81 west road, overport, Durban, there are on-going stories for the past 3 weeks not from your technicians that the lifts wil b fixed \tomorrow""; disabled and pregnant people; and this is unsatisfactory service.<br> <br> Each time Kone comes out; its the same story; but when just browse if the doing work..! guy is buy eating chips and walkn around. I the lifts are not sorted out by Friday; 17th july 2015;I will be taking thia matter to the tabloid. as I have been dignosed wid asthma caused by the strain walkn up the 8 floors daily and will b sueing the company for medical bills.<br> <br> Please ensure that the lifts are fixed to standard to ensure further embarrassment. """

Reported elevator broken May 2014. Kone replaced motor. Elevator broken again. Came back and said that the elevator was replaced with a second hand motor and therefore only has a 6 month guarantee. This in fact is not true. We paid for a new motor and got email from kone confirming that the motor has a one year guarantee. This email was sent to us Last year June 2014. Therefore the motor is still under guarantee. Elevator standing for almost 2 months. No motor, no correspondence, no feedback from Kone.<br> <br> This is unacceptable.
