Reported elevator broken May 2014. Kone replaced motor. Elevator broken again. Came back and said that the elevator was replaced with a second hand motor and therefore only has a 6 month guarantee. This in fact is not true. We paid for a new motor and got email from kone confirming that the motor has a one year guarantee. This email was sent to us Last year June 2014. Therefore the motor is still under guarantee. Elevator standing for almost 2 months. No motor, no correspondence, no feedback from Kone.<br> <br> This is unacceptable.
