Bought beef meat ***** at Woolworths Parkview (PTA east) yesterday (Christmas 25 Dec 2023). We always cook plenty of food on Christmas so we don't have to do anything cooking wise on 26 Dec. Ate a meatball this afternoon and found a BONE in it. Shocking to say the least. taste also completely different and they changed the recipe. I am working abroad for 70% of the year and have not had their meat***** in 6 months. really does taste off now. More like horse meat if you ask me. Why pay extra for quality and get BONES in a meat ball?????????????? Iwould like to attach a picture if I am allowed to?
We hired a rental vehicle( Hyundai H1 Bus) at King Shaka International Airport from 4/01/16 to 11/01/2016 (Reservation number 20855192ZA1).<br> The vehicle had a smell of \burnt wire\" inside and I could feel there was a serious issue with the wheel alignment when I tried to drive faster than 80 km/hour. Also noticed that the fuel tank was only 1/4 full when we reached the highway (3 km's from airport).<br> I returned the vehicle to Avis and they replaced it. Not sure why AVIS booked the vehicle out when the fuel tank was only 1/4 full. AVIS put our family on risk by giving the vehicle to us. The vehicle was not safe and road worthy for anyone to drive. Just glad I didn't drive any faster than 80 km/hour.<br> Very unprofessional from AVIS to play with customers lives. We will NEVER book with AVIS again.<br> Absolutely shocking to say the least!!!"
We ordered books online at [URL Removed] on 03/02/2016. Delivery was promised maximum 48 hrs after payment on their website. Ten days later and 5 books are still outstanding. Logged onto their website again and all of a sudden a message appeared informing customers that they do not have stock of all the books. What a way to do business. Easy to accept payment from all over the country and then inform the customers that they do not have stock.. Phoned Themba 4 times and still waiting for an answer on delivery for the rest of the books. His excuse is that they did send an enquiry to their supplier last month and that they are still waiting for a reply from the supplier. POOR service from him and the company. Will never purchase anything from them again.<br> Please think twice before buying from this company. Think they are firm believers of AFRICA time as there is just no rush and the term \customer service\" does not mean anything to them!!!!!"

Nedbank changed my debit order for my home loan several times over the past year. I did query it a few times. The problem is that they give me different answers every time. On 04/08/15 I read an email from Mr. Sugrendi Mohanlall stating that the amount was less because of extra payments that was made into my account. He stated that my debit order was not fixed and that extra payment or withdrawals would influence the amount debited every month. On 01/09/2015 Nedbank debited R 3022-42 more from my account....??? Do not understand this as I paid extra money into the account and therefor the amount should be less. My personal banker did send a query to home loans department. Nadia Theron replied and stated that my debit order amount was fixed?? The question was simple and straight forward. I wanted to know why the amount was increased. I did reply to her and received an email back stating that I am not allowed to send email to her personal mailbox and that I need to refer the matter to NCC and log a case. Not sure why a Nedbank business email is regarded as personal. Why must I log a case to get answers from them. Their actions are suspicious and incompetent!!! POOR service Nadia!!!!!
Received a phone call and email from FedEx on Friday 04/09/2015 regarding a parcel for delivery. I paid the outstanding balance for the delivery and customs clearance and did sent the proof of payment through to Michelle on Monday morning 07/09/2015. She sent me another mail later the day asking for the money again,,,,??<br> Did sent the proof of payment to her and did reply to her second email. Up to now no response from her....??<br> <br> This is poor service from FedEx. Do not understand why customers pay extra money for speedy deliveries and if the agents working for the delivery companies are taking their time??????<br> <br> Will never make use of their service again!!
Me and my wife received messages from Nedbank to collect our new bank cards at the Woodlands branch. We went to the bank 5 weeks ago to collect the cards. 3 of the 4 cards were wrong and they ordered new cards. The clerk at enquiries apologized for the mistake and ensured us that he rectified everything on the system and that the new cards were on their way. My wife received messages a few days ago to collect the new cards. She went to Nedbank today and the cards were wrong AGAIN!!! This happened last year as well and I do not understand what the problem is with Nedbank. I am also receiving messages from Nedbank to collect my new credit card at the Meyersdal branch...???? This issue was also raised when we were at the bank 5 weeks ago and the clerk did correct the mistake on their system. Still receiving the messages.....??WHY????<br> This is unprofessional and poor service from Nedbank. I am currently abroad and can't wait to return to SA to close all my accounts at Nedbank and to open new accounts at any bank with a system that works.<br> Pathetic service from Nedbank. Same mistakes for two years and still not corrected. What a shame!!!!
I requested a quote for an elevator for our house two months ago on the Company's website. One of the agents (Sean ) phoned me 3 weeks ago. He is working at the Pretoria branch. I explained to him exactly what we need and he promised to send me a quote.<br> <br> Three weeks later and I am still waiting. Not sure how to rate the service. It is obvious that this company are not interested in doing business.<br> <br> Did find an alternative company in the meantime and had no issues with their service.
Electrical Assurance Contractors did some repairs and new installations at our house as part of an insurance claim. It is now 6 months later and we are still waiting for them to issue a certificate of compliance for their work. An independent inspection company conducted an audit at our house and it was shocking to hear that we and Mutual and Federal actually paid them for work that was never even done and completed. Michelle Richter handles all the claims and payments at this contractor...say no more. To any one out there my advise would be to rather pay a little bit more for someone that is professional and reliable. If all else fails and you have to use them remember to ask for a copy of the technician's qualifications and wireman's license. 6 Months later and I am still waiting for a copy of the technician's wireman's license. My tip for you would be to double check all work against invoices BEFORE you make any payments to them. To try and get your money back afterwards is a loosing battle especially with Michelle in the driving seat. <br> Stay away from this contractor. You will regret it later if you don't. They are INCOMPETENT and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
