Poor Service
The service received from this store was very poor. They promissed to deliver books four weeks ago and could not be bothered to send communication that the books are not ready yet. We have now been over five weeks since schools reopenned without text books. I have followed up weekly and they keep saying next week, and today finally they admit they have no idea when they will get the book. Just unprofessional and no communication. There are better options with delivery that costs less as I have now discovered.

Poor Service

Disappointing Service
Horrible serivce. A few days ago, I reached out via email requesting a quote for the textbook list required for my child. After several hours without receiving a response, I proceeded to contact the phone number listed on their website. Upon speaking with a representative, I was assured that a response would be forthcoming. However, the following day arrived with no communication from their end. In light of the urgency of my request, I made a second call, emphasizing the immediacy of the situation as I intended to purchase the textbooks before the upcoming Christmas break. Once again, I was promised a prompt response. Despite these assurances, numerous hours have passed, and I have yet to receive any communication or the requested quotation.

Books missing from online order
Ordered and paid for school books early December. Received package later in the month, but was a book short. Have emailed and tried calling but no one is getting back to me. Not happy with the service

Fast, Efficient Service service from Book Bound Online
I am blown away by the efficient service from Book Bound’s online store. I received the school booklist for 2022 last week and put in my order online. After comparing prices with other suppliers Book Bound was definitely cheaper! Then not only was it SO EASY to order - I just had to select the school, grade and subjects - but my books all arrived less than a week later! WOW! 🤩 Thank you for remarkable service!

Don't waste your time with bookbound online - rather go into a physical shop. You will have to do that anyway.
Purchased my text books online, then dead silence. They don't answer phones and they don't answer e-mails. I placed an order on Monday 13th, made the payment. I don't mind the wait, but when you call/mail for an ETA - Nothing. Then i logged onto my account and it showed 0 orders. Had to go through my mails to find the receipt and bank statement to prove i had in fact placed the order and paid. Rather go to their shop or just purchase off takealot.

Alert - Book Bound Online is a scam
Book Bound Online is a scam. They are happy to take your online order and payment by leading you to believe books are in stock. A week after placing my order I have been unable to reach them on any of their numbers (even after trying multiple times), they do not respond to any mails. I have received none of the books. Anybody tempted to buy from this excuse for an online store should thing again.

Book Bound Online is a scam. They are happy to take your online order and payment by leading you to believe books are in stock. A week after placing my order I have been unable to reach them on any of their numbers (even after trying multiple times), they do not respond to any mails. I have received none of the books. Anybody tempted to buy from this excuse for an online store should thing again.

Stay away from this company with any Textbooks orders!!!!!!! They are pathetic. They are not answering calls unless and also not responding to any emails!!!! I have ordered school text books from them and haven’t heard a word since my order which has been placed 5 weeks ago.
