Disappointing Service

Horrible serivce. A few days ago, I reached out via email requesting a quote for the textbook list required for my child. After several hours without receiving a response, I proceeded to contact the phone number listed on their website. Upon speaking with a representative, I was assured that a response would be forthcoming.

However, the following day arrived with no communication from their end. In light of the urgency of my request, I made a second call, emphasizing the immediacy of the situation as I intended to purchase the textbooks before the upcoming Christmas break. Once again, I was promised a prompt response. Despite these assurances, numerous hours have passed, and I have yet to receive any communication or the requested quotation.
