Very poor service. Placed and order a month ago and paid. Received auto generated email responses so looked fine. So response since then. No response on queries. Telephone number on website doesn’t work. I suspect I have lost my money.
Scam. This is not a real business. You place your order, pay and never receive your goods. You will lose your money if you buy from them. Please don’t.
SCAM Alert. This is not a legitimate website. Please do not place an order with them. You will lose your money. My 11 year old son saved up to by Nike Air Force 1 shoes. Placed the order and paid on 1st May 2022. I have received no feedback or info about delivery by 11th May. I have sent 2 emails and 3 WhatsApps with no response. I have tried calling the business with no response. This is not a legitimate business.
Wildman online services were an absolute pleasure. I received my trigger stick and platform just a few days after ordering (I am in Mpumalanga). A small part was missing. I took pictures, sent them through and Gerhard from Wildman immediately apologized and shipped the missing part to me. Thank you for your excellent service and response.
Strongly recommend that prospective buyers look elsewhere for their needs. Ordered a rifle scope that was “In Stock” on the website. 4 days later after multiple emails and eventually a phone call, I was informed that the scope is discontinued. Made the additional payment for a different model. 2 days later still no confirmation of order or shipping details etc. This company is very frustrating to Buy from.
The Aramex Global Shopper account isn’t a fantastic product and Aramex go out of their way to ensure a smooth process. I was desperate to get textbooks for my son after a local supplier let me down. I ordered them from the UK on the 9th Jan and received them on the 13th Jan. Just in time for school. Thank you Aramex.
Book Bound Online is a scam. They are happy to take your online order and payment by leading you to believe books are in stock. A week after placing my order I have been unable to reach them on any of their numbers (even after trying multiple times), they do not respond to any mails. I have received none of the books. Anybody tempted to buy from this excuse for an online store should thing again.
I went to Absa this morning for another attempt at opening an account for my minor children after having been sent away yesterday. Apparently a South African government issued passport with all of its security features is not good enough for Absa to open a children’s savings account. So this morning, I arrived with passports and unabridged birth certificates in hand. After an hour of the consultant tinkering around, she informed me that I cannot open an account for my step-son as I do not appear on his birth certificate. This is simply discrimination. Furthermore, after waiting for another hour, the system froze and the consultant had to begin scanning the many documents that Absa requires from the beginning. I have been a client with Absa for 20 years. I have made the decision to remove my account, credit card facility, Private One facility, insurances and will from Absa. I will be doing this over time as is convenient for me. Absa’s policies make this bank more bureaucratic and unpleasant to do business with than is tolerable. I suspect that in years to come, only after losing significant market share to other more competitive banks, will Absa realize their folly.
