Excellent service, I have been getting monthly scheduled deliveries since 2020. I have never had any issues and my delivery has always been delivered to my door free of charge in 2 days.
I have been using Pet Heaven’s scheduled deliveries for my dog and cat food since 2020. Their service is excellent. The food arrives timeously, no delivery fee over R1000, I can change my scheduled deliveries before they are due, if required, prices are competitive, and best of all I never have to carry heavy 25kg food bags from the shops!
I am blown away by the efficient service from Book Bound’s online store. I received the school booklist for 2022 last week and put in my order online. After comparing prices with other suppliers Book Bound was definitely cheaper! Then not only was it SO EASY to order - I just had to select the school, grade and subjects - but my books all arrived less than a week later! WOW! 🤩 Thank you for remarkable service!
In the cold snap in Gauteng 2 weeks back we discovered that our Gas heater was leaking gas. We took it through to GASANOVA in Randpark Ridge, Gauteng. What fantastic service. They serviced (and cleaned) the heater, replaced the pipes (which were leaking), and had it finished on the SAME DAY as we took it in. The best part they only charged R50 for this entire exercise. My daughter was admitted to Hospital on 16 July this year as an emergency. I followed the Pre-Approval process and was given the Authorization number. A number of the bills were settled by Discovery Health without question (xrays, bloods, ENT). However I am left with the 2 largest bills remaining as outstanding - The Admitting & Treating Doctor's Bill and the Full Hospital Bill. I was told the Admitting Dr needed to fill in a PMA (Personal Medical Assessment) Form. I made multiple follow-ups (yes I have a truck load of Reference Numbers) and the Dr never received the form from Discovery. Eventually I asked Discovery to send the form to me to try and resolve. Guess what it took a further 4 phonecalls (with references) before I eventually received the form and forwarded it on to the Dr - so I an well believe the Dr never received the form! The Dr duly filled in and submitted the PMA it on 27/09 - Discovery acknowledges this as they have paid the claim to the Dr for filling in this form!!! There is still no resolution on this even after me having phoned in twice to follow-up and escalate, and having laid a complaint. I was told it takes 3-5 days to process but it is still in "Finalization" state even after my escalation. When you have paid for your child to be on Discovery for close on 18 years and this is their first ever hospital admission - I shudder to think the amount I have paid Discovery Health over the years only to receive this dispicable service. Yes my daughter has an exclusion for a Pre-Exisiting Psychological condition, but how this could possibly be at all relevant when the child collapsed unable to breathe when participating at a Sports Day, was transported to hospital by ambulance as a result, and in hospital she was diagnosed with a viral infection, only Discovery can tell. I am so angry and disillusioned with this medical aid and their shoddy service, and the fact that they just never follow up on anything.
I tried to do an online order from Woolworths for food. What an unmitigated DISASTER. First I couldn't use my Woolworths card to pay even though it works fine in the shops. So support had to log a call. No-one even BOTHERED to phone me back to tell me the issue was resolved. I found out by chance by trying to order again the next day. Then my order was supposed to be delivered last night. Well it arrived last night on time, BUT more than 50% of my order was MISSING! The dispatch form had all the correct items but the poor courier didn't. I can't tell you how angry I am. I sent the entire order back as how else do I prove what was delivered and what wasn't? I immediately sent an email to the support email on the delivery note. Apparently they open at 08:00 and no-one has even bothered to call me and apologise for this complete incompetence. So will I be recommending or using Woolworths Online again - NEVER. But I would like this resolved as my account still remains debited for a large order I NEVER received. So much for being a so called VIP Woolworths Customer.
<p>I made a mistake and accidentally paid money into my OLD Discovery Medical Aid with my Old membership number. I am now on my husband's Discovery Medical Aid. I was trying to pay my Discovery Credit Card!!</p> <p>I followed the Refund Return Process with my bank to get the funds returned at a cost of R290.</p> <p>Discovery came back with the following response:</p> <p>Detailed explanation for outcome of request where applicable:</p> <p> Outcome of request <br />Detail explanation<br />No Authority to Debit<br />The recipient has not provided permission for the funds to be reversed, as per the banking rules permission need to be obtained before the funds can be reversed.<br /> </p> <p> So yes I made a mistake but now Discovery is being unethical and keeping my money and it seems that the only solution would be to sue them to get the money returned. I ordered a phone last week Tuesday 1 December. Get sent a RAM courier reference number then later an sms saying my phone is on back order and I will get an sms shortly - still waiting for that sms. <br> RAM has no record of the order. <br> Yesterday I tried the call center and got a message \due to unforeseen circumstances the call center is not available". Today I phone the call center and get told that the system is down so they can't help me. <br> <br> So 1 week later no phone and no-one has the decency to provide any feedback"
