I have app**** for a home loan with SA home loan and the application was declined due to Fever Tree Finance reflecting in arrears/Listed as a Default in your name which I know nothing about Please note that I take this ***** serious and would like Fever Tree Finance to contact me and explain who and why did Simone open an account with them using my name.A ***** or ******** case will be opened and would like details of the person who opened the account in my name and not paying the account. ITC Arrears - (TRUWORTHS, SANDTON JUNIOR SCHOOL, FEVERTREE FINANCE)

Bad Customer Service and Attitude towards customers
I’m a regular customer at checkers centurion mall, or let me say i was a regular customer until the recent incident. Kindly note that an employee (Cashier) by the name of Kgomotso at Checkers Centurion Mall gave me and other customers attitude when she was supposed to service us. It is very sad that she doesn't understand what bad customer service does to the business profit. Please advise her manager to take her to a customer service training so that she can understand the importance of good customer service. I'm not doing this because i want her to lose her job, i know i am not the only one she gives bad attitude, and some people will rather not complain but go to pick n pay etc.Her attitude towards customers will cost checkers centurion mall profit and her collogues will also losing their jobs because of one person. Please make Kgomotso aware that she's got be professional and nice to customers. She meets different type of people who own businesses or high positions. She is the face of checkers, and she can't talk to people as if she is talking to her kids. She needs to respect customers all the time. As i said i recommend customer service training hopefully it work but in my 20 years in business i have learnt that the person with good attitude trainable than the person with bad attitude. Having said that, I will never encourage anyone to buy from checkers until i get feedback of what has been done regarding this.Lastly,your customer care page is not working. Please fix it so that we can complain directly to you
