**** ALERT!!!! We paid for a Workshop that was suppose to happen on the 24th May 2024 in Gauteng and it never happened, we were advised at the venue that no such event was scheduled. Merchandise was paid for and never delivered. Now the emails are not going through as the domain does not exist and all telephonic lines have been disconnected.

As my previous review has been removed, but the problem remains unchanged, I will re-review. We booked for an expo which was twice postponed on very short notice, and after the second last-minute postponement I requested a refund for our tickets as we could no longer attend. At this stage none of my emails or Whatsapps are answered regarding the promised refund. No refund has been received. Terrible experience.

I have rented 2 robots for my corporate event,Customer service 10/10. Very reliable, professional and patient. Communication is excellent. I would definitely do business with Global Robotics in the near future again and recommend it

Last year I booked for an Expo, which would've happened in January. It was postponed a few days before the date, to March. We arranged our travels, and again, a day or two prior to the promised Expo date, it was 'postponed' to May. I informed them that we cannot change our travel arrangements at such short notice for a second time, as we'd likely not get refunds on accommodation, etc. - note: at that time, NONE of their email addresses worked; I was told on Whatsapp, when someone finally answered, that they'd been offline for that week. I was promised a refund. But, until now, nearly two months after the promise of a refund, I have yet to receive any form of refund for the tickets I'd purchased. Also, none of my queries are being answered at all. Neither on the email address where I had to send my details for the refund, nor on their Whatsapp number where I was initially promised a refund. This is a terrible first experience, I feel ****med, and I will never be using them again.

Early this year I heard an advert on one of the National radios, the ad was about a company called Global Robotics for Kids and some type of a workshop that will take place to help young aspiring scientists. Upon registration I made payment then receive two tickets for both my son and I. On their website it read: that we will receive a starter packs / goodie bag in preparation of that day. To this day no pack was received. And sadly later on in the year I received an email that said the show was cancelled. After waiting for months and months. I then contacted the company for a refund, I was told they would refund me. Then I was not refunded. Eventually I called and emailed, I spoke to a guy by the name of Kevin Mahlangu who is their Global Operation Manager who promised me that they will refund me. I sent my banking details and to this day I have not seen a cent of my money. Now my emails bounce back, my calls are ignored, it seems I have been blocked for asking for my hard earned money! They are nothing but ****s, a bunch of *****ulent people preying on parents who want the best for their children. Had I known I would not have wasted my time or money. Please if you hear the word GLOBAL ROBOTICS don’t bother yourselves! They are a bunch of *******, they ***** from people all in the name of education.
