****MERS!
Early this year I heard an advert on one of the National radios, the ad was about a company called Global Robotics for Kids and some type of a workshop that will take place to help young aspiring scientists. Upon registration I made payment then receive two tickets for both my son and I. On their website it read: that we will receive a starter packs / goodie bag in preparation of that day. To this day no pack was received. And sadly later on in the year I received an email that said the show was cancelled. After waiting for months and months. I then contacted the company for a refund, I was told they would refund me. Then I was not refunded. Eventually I called and emailed, I spoke to a guy by the name of Kevin Mahlangu who is their Global Operation Manager who promised me that they will refund me. I sent my banking details and to this day I have not seen a cent of my money. Now my emails bounce back, my calls are ignored, it seems I have been blocked for asking for my hard earned money! They are nothing but ****s, a bunch of *****ulent people preying on parents who want the best for their children. Had I known I would not have wasted my time or money. Please if you hear the word GLOBAL ROBOTICS don’t bother yourselves! They are a bunch of *******, they ***** from people all in the name of education.

Wish online shopping
I purchased some stuff (Polish for removing scratches from a car that came with a soft loafer on the reverse it’s a sponge) they claimed it removes scratches and gives your car a shiny look you can also use it on your head lamps to my surprise that thing doesn’t work , I received my parcel in February it is as good as petroleum jelly. It’s useless it was a waste of money and time. I have heard people complain about it well now I know.

bad service and useless staff
In June 2015 our electricity was cut off because our neighbors prepaid meter got burned as a result we ended up not having electricity, it took Tshwane almost 2months to come to our house until we contacted Daily Sun who helped us, the problem is we managed to get electricity but our neighbors decided to bypass their meter again as a result today the meter burned out again, we don't have electricity and stupid Tshwane is not answering their phones, we don't hc electricity our meter was not replaced because of a shortage of stock, reference i got was 116/28 but now this query is closed without being resolved, as in typing this i am highly frustrated iv bn sitting on the phone for more than 1hour, my number is 0738379110, can somebody please help,
