Unable to cancel contract on after 3 calls and updating details on app and service is unprofessional. Can cell C please just cancel the contract because what is transpiring is an infringement of my consumer rights. This needs to be done today!!!
**** ALERT!!!! We paid for a Workshop that was suppose to happen on the 24th May 2024 in Gauteng and it never happened, we were advised at the venue that no such event was scheduled. Merchandise was paid for and never delivered. Now the emails are not going through as the domain does not exist and all telephonic lines have been disconnected.
Cell C staff needs training on customer service as interaction with their staff is both embarrassing and uphauling. I made payment 22/04/2024 to date, the payment has not yet been allocated and my line is deactivated and i'm struggling to have a simple request finalised for the 2 and a half hours. Can somebody that know what needs to be done finalise this matter. Please have my number activated asap-0844541067 and 0843822030
Going at it again with this joke of a business. Cell C has been debiting my account and not even able to use the benefits as they are unable to fix the network problem with the Sim card even after numerous Sim swaps. I'm tired of always fighting for my money. Please cancel this contract 0748896700 and give me my money back. Your consultants are unprofessional and lack experience, the only response I need from Cell C now is confirmation of cancelation and refund.
On the 4th Jan 2023, I complained to Cell C regarding the screen of the Z3 Flip phone taken through a contract 06/10/2021. The device screen tore 23/12/2022, not from carelessness but screen damaged on the fold due to the poor-quality material of the screen. On 31/12/2022 took the phone in to Cell C, the consultants took one look at the device and told me they will unfortunately be unable to book it in for repairs as the phone has minor/dent on the outside and was told i would need to pay for my own repairs or take it up with Samsung SA directly. What does the quality of the device screen have to do with a scratch on the phone which is unrelated all together? In addition, when i purchased the phone, it came with no cover and there was a scarcity of phone covers at that time, even Cell C did not have them in stock. The frame is slippery, and a fall was eventually bound to happen. Clearly the phone is of poor quality, the value and price is being inflated when it is just substandard. I feel that I have been scammed by Cell C and Samsung SA and have not gotten my value for money. I’m the looser customer who will be paying for a damaged phone due to poor quality. What does Samsung have to say about the numerous complaints I've come across which are the same as mine, in addition, the clauses in the warranty was definitely not designed to benefit the consumer. I have been quoted a ridiculous R12000 to have the screen repaired as the warranty falls away due to any sign of scratches. This is how major corporation like Samsung SA and Cell C continue to make money off hard working individuals protecting their bottom line at the expense of the consumer. This is pure robbery and unethical!!!

I’ve made several calls to the contact centre, and no one seems to want to assist, but being told that they are not sure if repairs will be able to assist after spending time explaining my situation. Clearly the phone is of poor quality, the value and prise is being inflated when it is just substandard. I feel that I have been scammed by Cell C and have not gotten my value for money. I’m the looser customer who will be paying for a damaged phone due to poor quality for the remainder of the contract which is 24 months and Cell C does not care about my hard earned money going to their pockets for FREE!!! .
On the 29th May 2020 my upgrade was finalised and received confirmation, after waiting for a month and 2 weeks and countless of follow-up's made, today i receive a call from your delivery guy saying he is making deliveries at a mall nearby and will be long, so i should come meet him at the mall which is 3km away otherwise i'll have to wait till monday for the devise.
Ref 74323108-i147 Refund bill for box office, called in 3x and tired of explaining 1 thing and wasting my time and airtime. Just fixt it before my debit order runs on 20th.
Afro's Sandton: Bought take away full chicken on 14/01/2020-Inv No 1521-The chicken was burnt and tasted bitter from char, the pieces were uneven and some falling apart, it was roughly cut and the chicken was very unappealing and dry.
Called the contact centre 8 times, was given the technical support number ********** 555 only to be cut off each time I was trf, none of the c/serv consulted asked or tried to find out why the calls are getting cut off, I was asked the same stupid question 8 times and got nothing out of it except wasting an hour of my time. I've been a customer for over 12yrs, I wonder why I still subject myself to mediocre service.
