I contributed to a young man wanting to go on a school tour. I did an instant EFT which came off my bank. A few days later this still doesn’t show on the campaign I donated to. My money has simply gone into backabuddies account and they are not replying to any emails or WhatsApp’s I’m sending ti query this. My bank cannot action it as it was an instant EFT and the monies left immediately but clearly stating they money has been paid to backabuddy I see this does happen to a few other people. This is very worrying that we think we are supporting a good cause but our money isn’t even going to the campaign. Where is our money going to?
Ordered and paid for school books early December. Received package later in the month, but was a book short. Have emailed and tried calling but no one is getting back to me. Not happy with the service
Ordered a combo shampoo and conditioner and only received the shampoo. Impossible to get hold of anyone at Retailbox and no one replies to my emails.
I paid for items on the 6th of December and have had no feedback regarding these. I've sent numerous mails asking for updates, but have had zero reply. These are presents which look like they are just not going to be delivered anytime soon. Very disappointed that no one bothers to get back to me. Quick to take my money. Not bothered after that.
Without a doubt one of the worst courier companies to deal with. From the minute the receptionist picks up the phone to the non delivery of parcels. To your phone call being dropped constantly. There are so many other courier companies out there who offer the service and go the extra mile. Do yourselves a favor. Don’t use courierit
This is the 3rd 2L milk that’s I’ve bought that the lid is not secure. It comes off completely. In other words it’s not tamper proof. Anyone can open the milk and close it again and we the consumer, are none the wiser. We spend the extra money for the quality we’ve enjoyed from clover. But now we can’t even be sure no one had tampered with our milk. This is unacceptable. And it’s usless calling clover to inform them of this as it gets no response.
<p>It was my insurance company who picked GJ & T to come out and fix our roof. Its taken 3 weeks for them to come around and when they finally did, I was told they cannot do the work. One of the Directors first came, did an assesment and it was completley wrong! So after 3 weeks, I still cannot have my gaping ceiling in my room fixed. I have no idea how these people do business when their Directors cannot even get it right? When we call the Directors, all their phones are off. We speak to the receptionist who has no sympathy and is quite rude. I hope Nedbank realise this before sending this company off to others. </p> <p> </p>
<p>I called Old Mutual to query a RA. I asked about monies I had put away years ago, only to be told that money is no longer. So I decided not to go with Old Mutual for my RA. There have been 15 emails up and down between myself and Emmerentia Petersen stating that I don't want this RA and I have not authorised for any funds to be taken off my account. I then received an SMS mid month informing me that money will be coming off my account on the 1st. I called Emmerrentia again, asking that this not happen. Low and behold, come the 1st, money was deducted. Now comes the fun part... Trying to get my money back. </p> <p>Unacceptable Old Mutual. </p> <p> </p>
I've been talking to Telkom for 6 months now begging for someone to come and fix a cable that a technician has left hanging in my garden. My children cannot play in their back yard because of it. <br> I have begged and begged for someone to fix this, but my begging is falling on deaf ears. I get given reference numbers that when I call back, no one can pick up. I get put on hold for ages, no one comes back to me. I have spoken to Supervisors who have promised me feedback and as of today, still have no response. I am frustrated beyond frustrated as I do not know where to turn. My husband has tweeted the photos. Nothing. 6 months I have begged. Nothing. Where to from here? Let it be known that I have called Telkom for 6 months and Telkom have not bothered about this. I have recorded my calls and I have sent mails. If anything happens to someone in my garden, I will hold Telkom responsible.
Yesterday I received a phone call. Lady asked me for my ID. I said I can't just hand over my ID to anyone calling. She ended call. 5 min later my line was suspended. I called vodacom to query why, turns out I was in arrears with payment. No warning. No mails. No invoices. Just switched off. So at 16:00 I paid the amount owing. My phone still wasn't reconnected. Called at 08:00 today and was told it would take an hour. I called again and spoke to someone. They said it was 09:07 and there was still 8 min to wait. It's now 13:00 and I've switched my phone off and on. Removed sim and it's still not working. I've tried calling the call centre. Left my number for a call back. Nothing!! As I've explained to all the call centre agents I've spoken to, I have a child undergoing charmotherapy at home. I have to work and I'm unable to call home to check up on my child. No ones gives a damn. This is unacceptable.
