Job half done... Terrible service
Our geyser burst which caused damage to the laminated floors, skirtings and walls. Our insurer assigned GJ & T Improvers to assist with the floors. They removed the existing laminated flooring and installed new laminated floors, but did not replace the skirtings or quarter rounds which was also damaged. We went back and forth with this issue, and still they didn't replace it. It looks terrible, new floors with old skirtings. I am extremely disappointed with the service that we received. Bad Service!!

False / un-educated damage report
We had severe storm winds in Pretoria a couple of weeks ago. My tile roof was damaged and I submitted a claim to my insurance. The Insurance appointed Gj & T home renovations for the inspection. To my astonishment, Gj & T report that the roof was damaged due to maintenance, but the damage occurred instantaneously during the storm. Now the Insurer will not fix my roof...

False / un-educated damage report

Bad Workmanship
Extremely dissapointed in the service from their terrible administration and no follow up. My bedroom carpet was stained with paint and despite the director telling me personally that they would replace it they chose to steam clean it and could not get all the paint out then blamed me and accused me of putting glue on my own carpet. Its a disgrace that the bank would even deal with such a company who is now choosing to ignore me and take no resposibility for their actions or bad attitude.

Awful Service
<p>It was my insurance company who picked GJ & T to come out and fix our roof. Its taken 3 weeks for them to come around and when they finally did, I was told they cannot do the work. One of the Directors first came, did an assesment and it was completley wrong! So after 3 weeks, I still cannot have my gaping ceiling in my room fixed. I have no idea how these people do business when their Directors cannot even get it right? When we call the Directors, all their phones are off. We speak to the receptionist who has no sympathy and is quite rude. I hope Nedbank realise this before sending this company off to others. </p> <p> </p>

A job well done
Very impressed about the commitment, timeously and effective delivery of the project - He treated me with respect and kept me up to date all the time. I was also impressed with the quality of his job *I would recommend this builder to anyone*
